I love the sandwiches here. However, after I had to argue with the manager, Dixie, tonight, I week not be coming back. I ordered 2 philly cheesesteaks. The only thing I wanted was mayo on both sides of the bread. I like the taste when the mayo sets into the bread and the meat is placed on top. They put the bread on the counter before even asking what I wanted on the sandwich. I told her I wanted mayo on both sides. She only put mayo on ONE side. I repeatedly told get both sides. She ignored me. They put the meat on 1 sandwich. Mayo was only on one side. She put mayo on the other sandwich…1 side tho while the meat was still cooking. I told her again I wanted mayo on both sides. I asked her to at least put mayo on both sides of the sandwich bread that had no meat. She looked at me and said she was waiting fir more mayo… umm the container was half full. Again I told her both sides. She grunted and rudely told me it’d taste the same… it doesn’t. Finally she put the mayo on both sides on 1 sandwich. I asked about the other… she argued about it. Only thing I wanted was mayo on the sandwich. This Dixie person was very rude and argued over mayo, of all things. She was not at all helpful or nice. She was just plain rude. Seriously, who gets upset over a customer requesting mayo on their sandwich. Her bad attitude, plus her not listening makes me not want to go back. And I ate here regularly.

Their philly cheese steak sandwich is great! The best food in the mall hands down. Doesn’t taste generic. And the service was amazing today like always. The owner helped me today and was very courteous and polite. What more can you ask for? Don’t leave with out trying their peach lemonade its to die for!

Denise positive attitude is very welcoming and also her being quite attractive is great. Overall the staff seems to be friendly. The subs are very good, but I’m not such a big fan of their fries which is the only thing from keeping this from being a 5 star review.
