I was about to contact them for a few jobs until I read the Unilocal reviews. Sure, there are bad Unilocal reviews out there of people that over exaggerate, or place false reviews. However, When I saw the response that this business gave to user «Hwanyi». I was convinced to stay away. In regards to user «Joe» stating this company is professional. telling a consumer that «you’re on crack», referring to people as «pigs», and making statements of people weights by saying «The only thing they are capable of hurting is a buffet or chocolate cake» is anything but professional.

Jesus this place is such a disaster. I used this company to tow a car blocking my house entrance and garage over the weekend. But yesterday, a person came to my house asking my exact first and last name. The person was the owner of the car. Do they crazy? By the time the tow truck driver came, I told him not to say my name to other without my permission. However, what happen? Don’t call this company if you want to live more. I wish I could rate less than one star. If you don’t want to reveal your identity, don’t use their service. NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE.

Should be put out of business un professional they park their crappy trucks in neighborhoods almost getting into accidents cuz you can’t see around them the owner does not care

I wish I could rate this a –5 stars because they need to be put out of business. I had the unfortunate experience of having a private use automobile towed for expired tags. Now, please don’t come after me for not registering in time because I have tons of US Supreme Court rulings that state that no license or registration is required for non-​commercial vehicles. That said, they could have written a ticket, which of course I would fight.
But, the out of control and bankrupt city and their for hire «police» independent contractors stole the vehicle without a warrant, verified sworn complaint and in violation of the US Constitution that protects its citizens from illegal search and seizure. Okay, so that’s the beginning of the fiasco.
After paying the registration and the $ 349 extortion fee from the police to release my personal property, Big Z, ugh, I called them, kept getting hung up on by a snotty little you know what, when I tried to find out the fees to take my property back.
When I went there, this little snotty girl (who others online have accurately described her) was again rude. I went there for no problems, just get my auto and go. No, she has attitude up the ying yang, is mouthy, name calling, called me old alzheimer’s ***** because when I gave the money, she started waving it in the air — «What’s this can’t you count? » At that point, I was losing my cool and told her to give me my money back and lose the attitude. Well at that point it was on. Her red-​haired dad came out called me an a**h*le and b***h.
He was screaming at me. The reason this started is because the amount I was told on the phone had all of a sudden been increased and now I had to come up with an additional $ 125. Of course I was pissed and now I got up in big red’s face, who claimed the scummy crappy, loud mouth foul, arrogant, rude snotty girl was his daughter, to which I said now I know where she gets it from. Then another useless man came out screaming at me calling me the same things.
Finally the mother came out and kicked out everyone (except big red refused to leave) and she was peaceful, handled the paperwork and payment. Snotty pain in the butt daughter kept running her mouth behind her mother, still calling me names, still making rude comments. Her mother told her to be quiet and go away, which she didn’t do because seriously, she obviously had bad upbringing and has learned from her dad how to make people hate her.
As I went outside to get the auto, big red and his tow buddy, stood outside, called me white trash b***h and c**t, c**t, c**t over and over again, screaming at me as I drove away, Believe me, I did shoot some names back at them because unfortunately, my human nature got the best of me.
These thugs are overpriced, in cahoots with the city and the police dept, and they messed with the wrong person. I have helped many people with their lawsuits and my clients have never lost! I have an inside track with a number of city officials that will be starting an investigation an it is so not over. In fact, their $ 70 lien fee that they claim was put on a day before the date they told me it would be, well, I’m pulling records. If they did not actually file a lien and charged a lien fee, I’ll be getting that back as well.
This company extorts money from decent residents and others that have the unfortunate experience of coming to this city. They have no decent business or people skills and are involved in a racketeering action with the city, the police, and about 5 other tow companies. I’m ready to fight back. Can you say RICO?
Here’s a business tip for you. If you want to make some insanely big money, start a towing company, get a contract with the police of the cities you serve, and you’ll rake in the dough round the clock! Oh, and it probably helps if you have no people skills, are ruthless, rude, and ugly inside and out.
