I bought hotel towels for a hotel in Ontario, after the first wash they looked as if they shrunk, and the cotton was coming out. I went back to there where house in San Bernardino. They refused a refuned knowing they sold us some Pakistani rip off towls. The old pakistani man said what do I know ! and that hes been in the Hotel Industry for years. Dont buy from this company they sell shit to shitty hotels. Amtex company are crooks.

Purchased a bedside radio/​alarm clock in April 2013. In August 2013 the radio would no longer pick up the set station, rather it picked up everything around that frequency.
Contacted Timex, the manufacturer, and was given a process to reset the radio’s settings. That process failed to correct the problem.
Then called AMTEX, the seller, to request assistance. Was told that company policy is only a 30-​day guarantee on merchandise sold by them. However, the customer service rep said she would talk with management to see if we could be helped. Management firmly stated that the return/​exchange policy is 30 days and would not do anything to resolve this issue.
It’s sad that companies sell merchandise and then offer no method to rectify problems with the item (s), especially within such a short period of time (about 120 days).
I recommend anyone considering a purchase from this company seriously check reviews of their ability and willingness to stand behind the products they offer.
