Went in for a flying saucer today, told them the meat was cold, asked what I wanted to do i said can i have hot meat then said a asada fries thinking hot fries will help. The manager told me it would be cold cuz of the guac and sour cream I was puzzled and said I’ll take it. So I get it I didn’t expect the cheese melted cuz he said it would be cold but the meat was cold. Like they had it in a hot plate that’s not hot then put it in food … ALL I WANTED WAS FOR THEM TO WARM /​COOK /​GRILL THE MEAT SO IT’S HOT! NOT ROOM TEMP !!!

If I could not give them a star I wouldn’t. Worst service ever. I don’t know why I keep going back to them thinking it’ll be different, and unfortunately it wasn’t. First of all they can not get a single order right EVER. And I’ve about had it. They cut you off when you’re ordering, they need to stop gossiping and talking and actually get a simple order right for once. I will never come back here again, and I will be sure to tell everyone how horrible this single Alberto’s is. I’m so over it

One of the best places for asada fries. Definitely try to come here every time I visit my parents. One thing that was a little upsetting about my food was that it wasn’t as hot as it always is. The cheese wasn’t fully melted and it usually melts with the heat of the food so it was a little disappointing. Other than that the food was still amazing and I’d definitely come again.

Carne asada fryes plate shrunk wtf seriously. $ 10 for a plate the size of my hand and i asked for extra guacamole but yet it looks thr same. Not happy at all.
