Love Wingstop! Yes, sometimes it’s a bit slow but it’s because they’re making the fresh! I’d rather have them fresh and delicious than stale and old. I also love love the fries! They have a tiny sweet taste and are oh so good! My kids fight over the fresh buttery rolls so I resort to buying a dozen! Also, the bleu cheese is my favorite anywhere in town! Oh, I’m wanting wings now and they close in 3 minutes… Bummer!

Service is nice, the girls at the register are friendly and kind. It was our first time here and Nicole was very helpful. We had their original classic hot wings and the Lemon Pepper one… yummie! Clean place, nice crowd… will be back.

The staff is AMAZING! Very polite and respectful. The place is SPOTLESS and they were constantly rounding on the customers asking if we were ok, refills, etc. This is my favorite chicken wing and fries place in the city. I’m a very hard food critic so Good job!

5 stars. The workers here are awesome. I’m actually a regular here. Love it. The location is off the 281 which is a lil inconvenient but I come here cause the chicken is worth it. Cold beer always available. And fresh lime for my corona nicely diced.

I have given this location multiple tries. Expect to wait on your food, even if you order online. Maybe I have bad luck. The staff is great, the food is decent, so management must be the issue. Ordered Wings online at 2:12 and got them at 3:31. Order was wrong after all that. The lady at counter read and confirmed order when I paid and when she handed me the wings after my long wait. Got home and order was wrong. I had to drive back to store and pick up right wings. The food is fine, but speed of service and accuracy are subpar. Maybe other locations are better. Read other reviews and see that slow service is consistent at this location.

I started loving Wing Stop when I lived in another state. I basically ate it at least once a week because it’s so good. Then, I moved to San Antonio. I am so happy to find out a Wing Stop opens near my house. When I went the first time, it was not bad. Over time, I feel the quality of the chicken is declining. The last time I could not even finish the last pieces because it was so bad. For the price and slow service, I just stop going altogether.

The service is so slow! We ordered to go, it wasn’t busy at all and it took 30 mins. We had the original Hot, lemon pepper and Parmesan garlic; what we always order from wing stop. The Parmesan garlic had way too much Parmesan. All Of them were dry too.

Every time I have been to this location something is wrong with my order. Well tonight I called in my order like I have in the past. I go to pick it up and wait. And wait. And wait. And wait. I was told when I paid that they were working on it and it would be a few min. 45 min later they realize my order was ready when I walked in. I asked for a fresh order. Got home and some chicken was cold some hot. But my boneless order was supposed to be 4 original atomic and 4 of the Korean flavors. Well I got 8 hickory. NEVER going back. Total waste of time and money. This was the 3rd and last chance.

Great customer service! I was so pleasantly surprised as the courteous and friendly the staff was. When you hear a young person say things like, «it’s my pleasure» and«have a wonderful day», you take notice. Kudos to the hiring manager — for hiring and/or training great employees!

Oh Wingstop, you disappoint me so. When we first moved to San Antonio, we were fans of this Wingstop. Then we started noticing our experiences were becoming more disappointing with each visit. I finally had a truly awful experience at this Wingstop and decided to contact the company. I corresponded with a manager who apologized. It’s been almost an entire year since I’ve been back and when I decided to try them out again, I placed an online order. I was sad when I realized that they forgot to add part of my order to the bag. I was already home and wasn’t about to return back. So disappointing.

OK first let me say, I love love love Wingstop. I fell in love with it when I was stationed here in San Antonio and when I transferred to Virginia, was devastated to find they were practically non-existant on the east coast. After five long years, we returned and I was ecsatic to see them building one literally down the street from us. I place an online order for pickup once a week, though I will say I have stopped using the app completely. As others have noted, the app… well, it needs work. It will log you out for no reason, empty your cart, refuse to submit the orders, and generally just doesn’t work. I originally(aka when I started the draft for this review) was going to rate them 4 stars, but it seems their prices are literally going up every week which is not cool(I KNOW that the prices have changed because every time I log in it tells me I have to reset my Favourites because the prices have changed).

Very disappointed. Ordered online and it still took long. Asked for blue cheese for the order. Asked again if it was in the bag before I left.“yes of course it’s in there.” I get home. Nope. My fault for not checking. Mine was not the online order that was screwed up. I heard a phone call from a guy that was pissed because his order was messed up, too. When I call to complain, they said come back in and we can give you two blue cheese and fries. Waste my time and money for that? Nope. I told them, no worries, there won’t be a next time.

Wings were good, fries were ok. We waited a long time but I’m glad to know they were fresh. I like everything just a little crispier, but overall I got my hot wing fix! Original was well seasoned but not hot at all. Hawaiian was also good. Least favorite thing was the blue cheese. Didn’t taste like blue cheese at all.

Not impressed at all. Wanted a Dos XX and I asked if they had lime. They said no. Finished my order and they were charging me $ 10 to much. They fixed it but why so much? Then moved to the side to notice the limes right there. Who are these people hiring? Knowledge is lacking here. People have been waiting 40 minutes for dine in orders.

Not a vet good Experiance at all. I had family here visiting from out of town. I placed an order through the wingstop app and proceeded to go pick up my order when it was said to be ready. When I got there they asked numerous times of I had the right name. I think I know my name, then tried to say I placed the order to the wrong store and that everyone gets the two mixed up. When I showed then the confirmation email the staff got quiet them said their printer was down and they didn’t get the order. After waiting an additional 20 min for our food they forgot to put in the dinner rolls I had ordered. To top this all off after we had already finished our food at home over 2 hrs later one of the staff had called with an attitude wanting to know when I would pick up my order because they had gotten it in after maybe«fixing» the printer. The entire time there was no «we are sorry» nothing. I wasn’t expecting a free handout but come on people… A sorry isn’t out of the question. «And to top it, there was a irate family in there for pretty much the same thing» I will not be going back to this establishment at least this one in the stone oak area.
