I really liked it there. I felt comfortable. Only thing is. that the waiting was forever long. But at least they have netflix to keep your mind occupied. The staff was all very kind and informative. They are very understanding and tend to your needs. Over all a nice facility.

This clinic is full of people who do not care about patients. I had to wait 8 hours one day and 8 the next. The worst part is the very obvious lack of work happening in the clinic while you sit and watch them eat donuts and gossip with one another. The nurses are incompetent(took 5 tries to get a successful IV started) and they spend more time ignoring the patients than communicating. You easily get lost in the shuffle. When I was there one of the techs was complaining she misplaced yesterday’s charts. The staff is incredibly unprofessional and seem so comfortable with the cattle call mentality that they’ve lost any compassion. The medication they offer you following the procedure doesn’t help with pain whatsoever and if you mention narcotics they will treat you like an addict. Meds aren’t included in the price too, so on top of half a grand you need to pay out of pocket for those. Don’t listen to how long they tell you your wait will be, double that time if you want something accurate. Expect to be treated like scum and pay a ridiculous amount.

My visit to this location stemmed from a THREE week wait in any Austin clinic. This should be noted first and foremost, that we, as Texas women, have been restricted from timely and proper care to that extent. Be prepared to put aside two 8 hr days to visit this clinic. The staff seems overworked, disconnected. Some of the info on the pre-surgery sheet was inaccurate, which lead to a much longer waiting time. The most personal interaction was with the surgeon, which I suppose is a good thing, and the most important, although it lasted about 5 minutes. Sadly, the recent laws that have passed in Texas have made it very difficult for women to receive the care they deserve when it comes to these matters. I understand, and you should too, that the ‘factory’ feeling you will get from visiting here is a direct result of that, and I do not hold the clinic at fault, although, that staff really needs to step up its game. As a manager of a team, I would never let my staff get away with the lack organization I witnessed here.
