First and last time I visit this location. Only one cashier on duty during the lunch rush. Waited 15 in line just to place my order. When I asked the cashier if another cashier was available all she said was «NO». Not once did the manager on duty come over to try and help the young lady. I left without ever placing my order and the line had grown to about 12 deep. I enjoy eating at Whataburger but I will never visit this location again and will not recommend it to any of my friends. After reading some of the reviews, I don’t know how this place is still in business.

Horrible service order was wrong I don’t think I’ll be going back for breakfast. the breakfast taquitos were way too small been to the Whataburger on division for my breakfast taquitos they were not the same size

So this particular location is the closest one to my house, but everytime I go I ask myself why I don’t just go anywhere else. Aside from the fact that I always end up having to wait 15 minutes for my order, it seems as though they never have fresh fries. I ordered a number 2 with avocado and honestly if you’re going to charge me additional for it can you at least spread it around instead of glopping it right in the center? My fries were old and hard. My other half did not receive the add-​ons we ordered and the onion rings were burnt. All in all, I would say if you are in the mood for burgers, there is a Wendy’s right next door or a McDonalds down the road.

I’ve been a customer of this particular Whataburger for many many years, and recently they have been dropping the ball on service and quality. On many occasions I’ve received my food cold, and have also returned my food for them to redo my order at least twice. It was the last time that convinced me not to return to this Whataburger. I was greeted with a smirk and sarcasm as i told them that my burger had been served cold, was questioned about my receipt, and i did not get any acknowledgement of the Manager. Its sad to see this place be dropped from my regular eateries, but i won’t miss the bad service.

I’ve been a frequent customer of this Whataburger location for quite a while and my service has always been spotty. Not only that but on several occasions my food has been given to me cold and not freshly prepared. Whataburger is a name and company that has well established a freshness and expectation of good fast food bugers. So while the service can be acceptable taking a chance on this Whataburger will not be in my plans in the future.
