Go see Lena, you will have a blast during a usual tedious process, complain about other places, drink a margarita and get gorgeous nails. I asked for a good color for interviews and I got it! I really wanted matte but they ran out! I left smiling and that is great!

I have been coming to this nail salon since they opened. I have been using Vanie for about 4 – 5 years now. Love the atmosphere and the employees are happy to be there which says a lot. Vanie does amazing nail art and the other girls I have used have been wonderful too. I am a hairstylist and recommend my clients to VinPearl and they have all been happy with the service.

Everyone there is extremely nice. The front desk is always smiling. I’ve gotten pedicures, shellac, and Hannah & Ruby have done my eyelash extensions done. I love everything they do and they keep me looking fab. Thank u ;)))

Worst experience I have ever had at any nail salon. The technician completely messed up my nails and I left with glue all over my hands. I got a full set and the tech glued the fake nail on to my skin. she completely messed up the shape of one and she miss sized the nail to the shape of my finger, they were uneven and messy. I mentioned it to her and she did not bother to redo it. She was really pushy with offering other services after I said no multiple times and just walked away after she was done without saying anything. I’m new to this area and was really excited to try this place out since it is close to where I live but I have never been so uncomfortable at a nail salon and am never returning.

Love this place! And especially the fact that they cover the foot tubs with plastic! Love that since my mom has gotten a nail fungus before not at this salon but still. Great place!

Been going here for 6+ years. Overall it’s always a good experience. I’ve had a few not so good techs in the past when I just walk in and get next available tech. I usually try to stick with some that I prefer; Vannie, Kellie, Lena and Sammie. They have a descent rewards program as well. My 6 year old daughter gets hers done a lot as well– they treat her great and make her very comfortable– just wish they had better kids prices.

Loved the place! The nail techs are super sweet! And the nail techs all have great customer service! The receptionist (lady with glasses) however is very rude and has the worst customer service! I went in and she told me to pick and color and sit. Then when I went to pay she charged me and said have a nice day, I asked her if I could leave a tip and she shook her head at me and said «your suppose to tell me that before you pay» she could have easily asked me if I would like to leave a tip! So I asked if she could charge a tip at least and she said «no you can just leave cash» so I had to leave to go get cash and then go back to the nail salon to give my nail tech his tip.

I went the day before Easter Sunday! This place was packed! There was pretty much every chair and seat filled! The staff was friendly! The facility was very clean! There was someone there cleaning regularly! They offer you complementary beverages!
Overall the customer service was excellent! I will be sure to return!

I have been going to VinPearl for 7yrs and I love it! Quick and polite, I have a standing apt for mani and pedi every 3 to 4 wks. Always love my nails and toes! They take walkins but I recommend you make an apt.

Not the best pedicure, for $ 30 I think they can do better than what they did, poor costumer service, the receptionist (a short lady with dark hair and skin with glasses) is so unbelievable rude! I don’t think I need to pay for somebody to treat me bad! Never again…

Worst place for a pedicure hands down! The manager snow is so unprofessional. She could careless if you are a satisfied customer. Pinky nails and the nail salon in the quarry is the way to go.

I think it’s pretty much impossible to find a place where the employees don’t sit there and talk about the customers in a language you don’t understand. Aside from that, this place is pretty great. I’ve tried just about every nail salon in the area and have found this is the best. It’s a pretty big place with lots of employees so you never have to wait long even on busy days. Prices aren’t bad and they do a great job.

Poor customer service by the owner. When they do a bad job and should fix it they try abs argue with the customers. Do no recommend
