The man that helped me was very knowledgeable about the Vapor cigarettes! He took me through each step of the use and put me at ease in using it. I would recommend them to anyone.

I dig it. Knowledgeable staff and they don’t just try to sell you on what they have in the store. This is your typical Vape environment really chill and a bunch of Vapers just doing what we do. They make their own juice but I have not tried it yet.
I like Texas Vape a little better because they are open a lot more, Vaporescence doesn’t have extensive hours. Also Texas Vape you feel like you can hang out and vape for a while.

Came into this shop today and the great customer service sold me. The rep that helped me was very knowledgeable and courteous with all of my questions. I came into the shop looking for a MOD and left with one. Pros and cons of my selections were commented on by staff and I was left to make my final decision. I also picked up some yummy krush. I will definitely be back for the good menu and great customer service. I started this Unilocal account to comment on the good experience I had with these guys.

Good customer service. Was not rushed in even the slightest. I felt they would take all the time that I needed in order to fully understand the product.
I went in and told them I was completely clueless on the vapor cigarettes. I told them that my objective was to quite smoking conventional cigarettes. So they asked me what brand I smoked and how much I smoked each day. Based on that they let me try a liquid with a similar flavor and nicotine profile. The suggestion was spot on.
I was then given a tutorial on the use, charging, refilling, etc. I was also told if I need to up the nicotine level i could come back and they’d add more.
A very pleasant experience. Hopefully as I progress I can slowly reduce the nicotine level and not need this either.

Nothing bad to say at all. These guys make my favorite all day e-​juice (krush) and even lower the nicotine for me when I go in. I’ve tried a few of their other juices as well, but haven’t had time to hang out and vape on everything just yet. I will continue to go in every time I need a new bottle of juice or any replacement parts. Not my only vape shop, but definitely one of my faves!

Read a couple of the reviews on Google, which were 50% good /​50% bad and went in. Jason, Jesh and Nate were working and they were great folks. There were customers hanging around, talking and listening to music. I bought some of their «Strawberry Nightshade» 24mg/​ml e-​liquid and I’m pleased. I’ll go back for their best-​seller that they let me try, a «Marlboro Special Blend», it was great too. Not quite as good as Halo Purity’s Tribeca but close and very good, as well as cheaper and local so I can have it now.
By the way, to the commenter who stated that the prices were too high:
Of course you can buy almost anything online cheaper, that’s the way it is with EVERYTHING. You just can’t have it now when you do or support a local business.
To the other negative reviews about lack of professionalism:
They replaced their staff since then because of that and two guys from Dallas came down to run the store.

Have to give these guys the top rating. I was driving down to San Antonio on business, when my small Bloog e-cig’s battery died on me. So I pulled over to a parking lot to open the trunk of my rental and find my charger. I searched and searched through my bag but could find it. Oh well, I closed the trunk and looked up and in big letters was ELECTRONIC CIGARETTES.
I thought it would be just a run of the mill tabacco shop, but low and behold I entered in a large space with couches and what seemed to be 1000 different flavors of e-​juice. Jason and Jeshua were two awesome dudes who took the time to literally let me test out as many flavors as I wanted. They also introduced me to the world of larger tanks and stronger voltage. I’ve been vaping for almost 5 years, and I realized at that moment that there was no excuse to not go for something more professional. I left the shop with a new kit and some really fine Cranberry e-​juice. This is definitely the location for both newbies to the vapor world and the seasoned user who wants the low-​down on what technology is out there.
Their prices are aggressive having gone to other shops with the same products and they use pharmaceutical grade nicotine and not that cheap Chinese stuff. Plus with their endless amounts of flavors (even pickle juice for example), all their e-​juices are made in the USA. Great great great experience.
