Fast, excellent service! Yes, they’ve tried to sell me other services occasionally, but never high-​pressure sales tactics. I always get my oil changed here, and have never had a single problem. Professional, fast, and great customer service. Had to get truck inspected today, and had all three bays with cars… I was actually surprised at how fast they turned my inspection around. I barely had sit down in the customer waiting room and checked in on Unilocal,and they call my name to settle up! Extremely pleased with Valvoline at every station I’ve been to.

Went in to get a fully synthetic oil change about two or three weeks ago. The oil change was performed incorrectly leaving my car continuously leaking oil. I did not become aware of the issue for several weeks and did not learn that Valvoline had placed an incorrect drain plug in my car until I took it to be serviced after I noticed brown puddles under my car. Fortunately I caught the issue in time, but my engine could have seriously been damaged from the lack of oil. Needless to say I will not be returning.

This is my cars regular oil change place. I have always found the staff here efficient and friendly. Usually you can pull in and served in about 30 min total. Sometimes less if there’s only a few cars. Get on their email list to receive coupons in the mail towards your oil change. I also appreciate the fact that although i know they gotta try the upsell they are totally not pushy about it. They get my vote every time.

Very bad experience! Will never return again. They broke my oil dipstick and replaced the pull handle with a paperclip. I can not now get accurate oil level readings and I had to purchase a new dipstick from my dealer. They did not top off all fluids like they told me they would do. My windshield washer fluid was almost empty. Also, I asked them to put 41 ponds of air pressure in all of the tires. They told me no problem. When I got home and checked the tire pressure all 4 tires were at 36 pounds. Either they totally ignored my request or they can’t count over 36. They also tried to sell me a radiator flush on my 3 week old new radiator. Makes me wonder what else they missed. They have lost my business forever.

Super fast service! They took care of my car inspection very quickly. And they were quite friendly and as helpful as possible. I would be willing to come back for other services based on the quality customer service I received here, and I am not a previous customer so their courtesy surprised me.

Quick professional service. Rafael and Guerro (?) even scraped off my old tags and replaced the new ones. Kind, friendly, and no hint of being taken advantage of because I’m a woman. I felt respected and informed.

Fast service, no sales conversation, clear pricing schedules marked.
I went in for a state inspection and seven minutes later I was done. No one tried to sell me anything, no one tried to question my service history. Just took care of what I came for.
One complaint I have is about the customer information card I was to fill out, the technician handed me a small clipboard with contact info blanks, and told to complete,
I don’t want their mailings
I don’t want their phone calls
I don’t want their emails
I appreciate it a lot more when I don’t hear from these places.

I had a great experience here. I am used to these types of places telling me what I need and trying to force me into buying stuff I do not need. Not these guys. They did show me things that needed to be changed. Which I ended up getting my filter changed because it was gross. I wish I knew their names because honestly such nice people. I even mentioned that I was going on a business trip which was why I was getting my oil changed. When I was leaving they said to have a safe trip tomorrow.
Good customer service is a dying breed. When I experience good customer service I tell everyone. Thank you for being professional, fast, honest and overall friendly. That goes a long way with me. I will be back. It’s worth the money for the service I got. Thank you.

I like coming here for oil changes and most recently for my inspection sticker. You can sit outside and watch the traffic on Bandera pass by. The guys are always polite and one time when I had my dogs, they all spent time petting them.
I’m not sure its the fastest service but I do feel you get good service here.
