Valet Couture Airport Valet Park

Valet Couture Park is the biggest time saver for airport travel for me since I got my known traveler certification! They offer very fast service with no waiting. I make a reservation online which is very quick and easy. As others have said a very nice girl jumps in the car with me, I drive to the terminal, she gets my bags out and she drives my vehicle back to their secure lot. Upon my return, I text my ticket number to them, another very nice girl drives my vehicle to curbside passenger pickup, she loads my bags, I pay and off I go! What a wonderful thing! No more creepy parking garage treks late at night, no more hauling luggage to the long term parking garage which may as well be in another zip code.

Very fast service — the valet car park is 2 – 3 minutes from the terminal (and is actually on the way). You basically drive to the valet car park, a girl jumps in the vehicle with you, you both drive to the terminal, and then she drives your vehicle back to the secure car-​park. This is much quicker than finding a parking space on site in the short-​term car parking lot, and after tipping, works out at about the same cost. Like another review mentioned, when my car was brought back to me at the terminal, I had a nice bottle of water waiting for me. Nice touch.

I tried Valet couture and was very impressed with every aspect of my experience. I seriously waited less than 5 minutes for my car. better service than when my my husband picks me up. The young lady had a cold FIJI water waiting for me in my car. That was my, Woohoo! This is as good as it gets, moment! These ladies will be successful, if everyone had the experience I did. I will definitely be back.

By the way, I am not that easy to please.

Finally San Antonio is understanding customer convenience! It is a super-​easy, relaxing way to park at the airport and you even retrieve your car at baggage claim — NO SHUTTLES! The way it works is you pull into their lot, which is located right next to the Cell Phone lot (they have a bright orange office– can’t be missed), a valet hops into your car and takes you and your luggage to the departure gate (and helps with your luggage). When you return from your trip and you get near baggage claim you text the valet service, and within 5 minutes they drop your car off to you! BRILLIANT AND FRIENDLY STAFF! It costs $ 15 per day, but it is well worth the few extra bucks for your convenience. Watch in the newspaper, because sometimes they have coupons for two days get one free.
I live in San Francisco, CA, but have been in San Antonio a lot to visit family. They have this type of parking service in San Francisco, Dallas, Atlanta, Boston, LA, and probably a few other places. San Antonio definitely beats the others by the good ‘ol Texas hospitality… and the cheaper fares! San Antonio– you surprised me with this forward thinking venture!
