I just returned from UB Kitchens in San Antonio.
The sales representative was standing outside the store on his cell phone smoking a cigarette. He ignored me as I entered the store. I went inside for a few minutes thinking that someone else was «minding the store.» Since no one appeared and I was in there by myself I turned around and walked out. After I left he called out after me,“Can I help you with something?” I replied, «No thanks.»
Is this anyway to run a business???

UB Kitchens is the best. I’ve used them on several kitchens and cannot say enough about this company’s commitment to quality and service. Prices are competitive but the products aren’t the cheap crap the other guys are peddling! They carry a great selection of contemporary and modern choices as well as more traditional lines. They’ve even helped me get counters and provided design input where I’ve needed guidance. Always timely, service-​oriented, and competitive. What a great alternative to the cheap boring big box, and I’m so excited they’ve come to San Antonio.

When it came time to build my new home, I decided to use UB Kitchens because I wanted to support a local business. I am so glad I went with them. The staff is professional and knowledgeable when it comes to kitchen design and the products they offer. When it came to talking with Adam about the vision and design for my home, he listened to what I wanted, made great suggestions, and answered any questions I had about the process or the product. To me, that’s awesome customer service. Not to mention the product they provide is high quality and I’ve been getting lots of compliments on them. Overall, I had a great experience in working with UB Kitchens and I highly recommend them as your «go-​to» place for kitchen cabinets.
