Got propane there several days ago. Always the same story. Regardless of who pumps the propane, they always overcharge by misstating how much was actually pumped. When multiplied against the price per gallon, it adds up. The pennies difference isn’t very much, but having seen this for the last 5 years, had to always confirm the calculations every step. Once, it was off $ 1. It’s the point of the matter. Don’t seem to have that issue with any of the other U-​Haul stores, or any other propane seller… And, you can’t write this review on their website since no reservation number was generated for this type of sale. Maybe their site data field should be retooled to permit the order number too.

Have plenty of time if you rent from here. Pick up and drop of have been horrendous. Not sure if they’re undermanned or poorly managed, but the team seems overwhelmed. Today they opened at 0900, employees were coming in at 0930 shocked to customers… service guy at the counter just got a call from his manager… hard to manage remotely.
