Tried to call and e-​mail for confirmation of my groupon appointment made online. Did not receive a single response in any way, shape, or form. Gave them a slight benefit of the doubt that they would show up. Nope, not even that.
As the previous reviewer mentioned, «beware». Look to other companies, do not even consider this sub-​par service.

These people are absolutely horrendous at responding to emails or phone calls. They signed themselves up for Groupon and subsequently were overwhelmed with customers, I’m pretty sure. Nonetheless, it is their fault for not realizing what they were getting themselves into when they signed up (especially with the news stories about the various other businesses that experienced the same thing).
Despite the difficulties in trying to contact them to set up an appointment, as well as the no-​show on the day of the appointment, I patiently waited for a phone call or email. I kindly emailed them after a day and tried to reschedule, and two weeks later I have not heard back from them.
So beware.
