The gym is fantastic. What makes this gym the best is the trainers. The workouts are never boring and you will be pushed. Sam has trained me for several years. He makes each session productive, energizing and enjoyable.

Cannot give em any less than 5. Just been there more than a week and can already feel my body change. In the whole week you get to work out all the different muscle groups in your body and do cardio too… so if fitness is your goal, this place is it! It will hurt; you will need to stock up on iboprofen but its all worth it. they will push you but after every session you feel like you ve acconplished something. All you need to do is show up really. Everyday, you work on different equipment usually in small intervals. You work with a small group and every person has their own fitness level, which the trainers give attention to. I do look forward to what new circuit the trainers come up with. Its definitely more interactive than most other places. This is a place for people who are more serious about their fitness goals, more local than the big franchises(so tired of all their BS) and i would recommend it any day.

I came to Trans4mations Gym to complete my internship hours as a Personal Trainer. And Dan Rubalcaba(owner) clearly is a GREAT Personal Trainer!!! I am very appreciative for his knowledge, professionalism and ability to teach. The atmosphere does not intimidate you but helps you achieve your goals. Dan has a HONESTAPPROACH to everyone that comes into the gym. He truly enjoys helping you and goes above the expectations to help his clients. The exercises are intense and great to do! I would highly recommend to everyone thinking of becoming fit to go to Trans4mations Gym. I am very THANKFUL to Dan and his staff/clients to help me achieve my goal of becoming Personal Trainer. Everyone I spoke to were enthusiastic and positive towards me. I instructed class of my own under Dan’s supervision and I was nervous! Through the whole course I was encouraged by the staff and the clients and that helped me ALOT! I am confident in my ability to become a Personal Trainer and I owe this to Dan R. and the staff/clients at Trans4mations Gym!!! :)

As I was walking into Trans4mations for the first time and nervously eyed the barbells, kettlebells, boxing gloves and ropes strewn around the large open room I thought, «this was a stupid idea.» When the trainer gave me a side smirk when I told him my exercise included yoga. once a week I thought, «this was a really stupid idea.» And the day after my first session, when I could barely get out of bed, «that was a really f-ing stupid idea.» But I stuck with it and you know what? It’s actually gotten really fun. I find myself driving there not thinking how much I want it to be over(like when I tried going to a regular gym) but wondering what the circuit is going to be like. During the class, I’m feeling like a boss lifting a barbell like the big kids do, actually feeling motivated by the instructors and(dare I say) kind of bummed when the hour is over. Now don’t get me wrong, this isht isn’t easy but finishing one of their classes(at only an hour long a piece) feels like an accomplishment every time. If you’re like me and bore easily on a treadmill and have no idea what you’re supposed to do with free weights, definitely try out Trans4mations Gym for a challenging but crazy-fun experience.

This was a really fun gym. It was a little easier than crossfit(which I liked). The stations are personalized for all fitness levels which is nice and the coach really make sure you have good form and offers workout modifications if needed. I really enjoyed working out here and would consider working out here to supplement my running, biking, and swimming.

Are you a fan of the«Biggest Loser» on TV? Do you think those workouts look fun? Do you sit on your couch and think I can do that? Or I need to do that? If you answered yes to any or all of the above questions then Transformations is the place for you. Erik Guerra is the main trainer. He puts together a different circuit everyday. Classes are run every hour on the hour starting at 5 am and running until 8 pm. The circuits are made so anyone can do them. It is all about pushing yourself. They do timed sets with short(very short) breaks between them. You get a full body workout with each session. The biggest thing for me though was that it was fun! The circuits being different every day made it so I was never bored. If you are looking for a personal trainer without having to pay personal training prices. Go talk to Transformations. You won’t regret it.

Erik Guerra is helping me transform my body from fluffy to less fluffy :) He’s running a weight loss competition for the month of march a la biggest loser and there are 40 participants. It’s given me the drive to stay on my diet(most of the time) and the daily workouts are kicking my butt! The gym is really clean and classes start at the top of every hour. There are 12 people tops in each class and you feel encouraged by every one there. I’ve done crossfit, and I’ve done aerobics classes, and yoga… This is more of a combination of all of those and seems to more resemble a Bob Harper workout than anything else. All the trainers at the gym are certified and are vigilant about form, which is great because it stops unnecessary injuries. They are super fit, but they want you to be too without being all up in your face about it. All the customers are really supportive and friendly. I just love this place, even if I don’t really like all the working out: p
