I’ve been here a few times to ship boxes, and the experience has always been great. Fast, friendly service and they always take the time to talk to my 3 year old (she’s quite a talker so it takes a lot of patience to listen to everything she has to say).

I came to the UPS Store at LaCantera to open a mail box for my business. This was my first time at this location and Alice was extremely helpful for the process of getting the mail box. The location is very convenient and well-​maintained.
Another customer came in while I was there and Alice greeted him by name. I’ve been to other UPS stores and this was by far my best experience to date. I’m looking forward to taking additional business needs to them.

I frequent this location a lot — I live and work nearby. The owner is very friendly and is there almost as much (if not more) than this employees. The guy is extra friendly and truly loves what he does and it really shows in the positive atmosphere and attitudes in his store. I’ve never had an issue with any of the staff and we’ve switched over to UPS from USPS as our choice for shipping packages for our SMB.

Go to another UPS store. This one overcharges. I had some documents scanned there and was not happy to find out the price. Was charged $ 2.99 per page for pages 1 – 10 and was supposed to only be charged $ 0.50 for each additional page.
I love my local UPS store in Helotes – they only charge $ 1 per page

I agree with the other review. How is it that I feel so loyal to a postal store? The owners are incredibly kind and personable. They make my life so much easier for any shipping, copies, notary, faxing services I need.

How can a simple postal store be this good? Go see. The owners are always there. Super friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
