I received a letter in the mail from this office after I received a speeding ticket. The letter claimed that they would fight the ticket for the same amount as the fine. I made an appointment and went in to the office to pay in full. The guy who took my check said he’d «try to see what he would do». Months passed and I never heard from them. Eventually I received a letter from DPS stating that my drivers license would not be renewed as a result of non payment of the ticket. I immediately called the attorney’s office to speak to the same person I handed my check over to. He wouldn’t come to the phone and all I got was an «I’m sorry, he’ll call you back.» Never heard from anyone. Fast forward to a year later, I find out there is a conviction on my record for this speeding ticket. Don’t waste your time or money.

I’ve had two tickets taken care of here. After the first ticket, I was still on probation, and the girl knew exactly how it would work. I paid my fee (just $ 10 more than the ticket was for), and that was that.
My only issue was they sometimes take awhile to answer the phone, and there was no voice mail. Also, I had left an email and they didn’t get back to me based on the email. So, if you call and they don’t answer, just let it ring. Probably shouldn’t call around lunch time either.
