The estates at San Antonio is nice because is like a house. If you have dogs it’s easy to take them out because you don’t have to go up and down stairs and there’s a cover if it’s raining. Although for a while there were a ton of people who didn’t pick up after there dogs. But besides that, it has been rough to live at if you are having maintainence issues. I put in requests since the day I moved in which was about 8 months ago and they have not been fulfilled. Plus, a lot of the amenities they offer don’t even work.
The new management seems to be a lot better, but for my overall experience it has been with the old management and I don’t think I’ll live in any student living apartments again.

Apartment was a wreck when i moved in and there have been some short notice alerts about the shuttle not working but the environment is pretty chill and the people are cool. Maintenance is pretty handy too.

The houses are nice with great living space. I don’t feel like I’m in a tiny area with my roommates. The management is always friendly and helpful.

Great place to live! I love it! Pet friendly and you get what you pay for! I couldn’t ask for more from this place. It’s super quiet at night, but it’s still fun!

Nice floor plans. They charge an arm and a liver, though. They’re definitely making bread. They have a nice pool as well. Good for parties.
The downside, probably like most other college housing, is the visitor parking. There’s only like 2 curbs and a few «future resident» spaces available for outsiders… The agony…

Best option for student living by far. Where else am I going to be able to live in a HOUSE with apartment prices?! Love this place! Plus the management is actuallly nice and they truly do everyhting they can to please their residents, unlike other apartment complexs I’ve lived at… Pus it’s the most fun and clean place to live! If you don’t live here you are seriously missing out.
