If you have never experienced high rise living … you would be wrong to think that it lacks privacy and spaciousness. The building is set back on a spacious lawn perhaps 3 acres in size … which is a great separation from the road and which gives the building a majestic appearance. Construction is topnotch, with double pained well sealed windows. The views are unbelievable as the horizon rises all around. The apartments are spacious with interesting layouts. The staff is incredible and reminds me of a cruise ship. It is a permanent home.

This is a pretty amazing place to live. The rent is modest, the rooms are spacey, and the view is pretty awesome. Best of all, the staff here go over the top to try to please the residents, which is only something i could appreciate after having moved in.

Current resident from Austin. Left Austin in hopes to live in SA and have a taste of the city life. So far one of the best places I’ve lived. Austin included.

Love this place, first apartment I ever renew my lease. The staff is great and always there to help you. This place has everything you need, game room with darts, pool table, computer and tv room. A gym, full equipped, pool and nice looking club room for parties. Very secured place, with key pad, security guard and security cameras. I highly recommend this place to all my friends!
