Very disappointed.. We were told on the phone this location offered«many vegan options«on their«new menu». We get there, are told it will only be about 15 minutes wait, it was actually over 30 minutes we waited. We were given greasy, dirty menus, and nasty silverware with food caked on it. When I showed it to the waiter and quietly requested clean silverware, he tried to convince me it was«hard water stains,» said they would«wipe it off«for me. We left before they could bring drinks, after being told they only have one vegan option. Never going back. If I could I would give NO stars. bathrooms were nasty as well.

We went there for dinner on Saturday night. There was an hour wait for a table so the host suggested we sit outside. It was cold as hell outside but they had heaters in the patio area so it was cozy. We had the calamari appetizer which was excellent. And the house Chardonnay they served was awesome. I ordered the Chicken avocado sandwich. It was just ok. The toasted bread it was served on could have been better. Otherwise the service and everything else was great! We will definitely come back.

For a Sunday night, only a 30 minute wait for our party of 8. I had the Shrimp with Angel Hair pasta. Very good and a lot; took half home for lunch the next day. It did take about 30 minutes to get our food. They didn’t seem that busy but maybe because there was 8 of us.

Every time I go to the Cheesecake Factory I have the same dish. «Chicken chipotle pasta with angel hair pasta not penne and extra sauce» literally order it like that it’s BOMB!(Unfortunately this dish has crept it’s way up from $ 14.99 to now $ 16.99. Not sure why the size doesn’t seem larger and there are no new ingredients listed in the dish) It’s spicy, saucy and has caramelized chicken with asparagus, peas and red peppers. Anyway this instance they didn’t make the chicken right it came out soggy and you could tell it was not caramelized. For a $ 17 dish that chicken needs to be made right. Cheesecake Factory has good service they always aim to please and made it right for us, but by the time the fixed portion came out we were full from the avocado egg-roll appetizer and little we ate out of the original plate. They did send it home with us. Server was apologetic, and never had an ounce of attitude. Would I come back? Yeah sure it’s cheesecake factory. One of the few chains that I like.

So my family and I went here last night for our 25th anniversary. I have eaten cheesecake factory in other locations and the food was on par with every other one. The service however was top notch. Our waitress was always checking in with us to see how we were doing topping off drinks etc. I wish all waitresses were like this. Food as I said before was on large and I do enjoy it. The price was also good for the value. I recommend it over the one at the Shops at LaCantera.

So I went to the cheese cake factory today for dinner to eat the buffalo chicken blast and like always they were delicious but I was craving something else and I ended up ordering the fettuccine Alfredo and was so disappointed bc it was mostly butter and no cheese. Mind you the server put parm cheese on top and still could taste any of the cheese. I took my left overs home and still no cheese even when I warmed up my food. Never getting fettuccine Alfredo from the cheese cake factory again.

Came here for a friend’s birthday dinner. It was a Saturday night so the wait was super long and we had been waiting longer than the wait time we were told. Eventually we were told that we could sit outside so we agreed. We were a party of about 13 people. When the host took us to the outside seating, he said we couldn’t put the tables together because they’d break. Which meant we would all have to sit at separate tables and that completely defeated the point of a group birthday dinner. The birthday girl was very upset because she had made it clear that we were all supposed to sit together. So off to a bad start and we were ready to leave… But when our server Ivan came out, he saved the whole night. He allowed us to move the tables together and made sure we all had a good night. He was great, helpful, fast and overall a great server. Eventually the manager came out and told us that the birthday girl’s dinner was gonna be on the house. In the end, I was very pleased with how the situation was resolved, and again, Ivan was amazing. Thank you!

Brought my brother here for his birthday. Came here with his daughters and his fiancé. We also brought our mom. Everyone ordered their favorite dish. Not one repeat. All different. Our waitress was great in the beginning. Food came out great and we even got our picture taken of the whole family. Everything went great. My girlfriend sat next to my mom. And they barely knew each other. The only reason I took a star away was the ending. I bought a cheesecake for him with happy birthday on it. But it took longer to get than our food. And when I wanted to pay for everyone. She took so long that my brother came up to see what was going on. After I had told her early about it. But since the food and our time was great and my brother says they go often and they love it. I only took a star.

Bring on the calories! I read a previous review that said the place isn’t that great, everything has more than 1000 calories… uh yeah so… eating out mean enjoying your food and calories are a part of that. The place isn’t dirty… I’ve had the privilege of going to 4 different establishments in different parts of the country and first hats off is to the consitency, despite a very large menu. For those seeking less calories, go with the skinny menu, don’t eat the bread or stay home. Everytime the service has been prompt, friendly, AND despite being as busy as it always is I get what I need in a timely manner. Everytime they quoted a time to be able to sit and wait for a table they have had us seated sooner than expected. If you are in a rush, try dining during the week. I also recommend figuring out what you are craving prior to looking at the menu, chicken, salad, pasta, seafood, theres quite a remarkable selection. I have had the Mahi Salad, coffee(superb), Asian salad, vegetable salad(organic), burgers, steaks, spaghetti, meatballs, and a different cheesecake every time. The wine selection is as good as anywhere as well. Overall a definite 5 stars. Cheesecakes are delish, with a cup of fresh coffee hard to match. Price/value — quality and quantity coupled with quick and professional service. Negative reviewers must’ve had a bad day.

Peach Bellini — incredibly good! Spicy Chicken Meatballs — tasty and not too spicy From the Superfoods — California Guacamole Salad — I took to it like a shark in a frenzy! I’ve never eaten a salad before like it was pizza. I was completely stuffed from mostly greenery — what a good feeling. Did not have room for desert. Couldn’t even finish the meatballs. Will absolutely return to try the rest of their Superfoods menu. Service — the best! Very attentive and friendly waiter.

Omg the menu is so dirty. Need to do a better job of wiping them down. Disgusting. We arrived at 10:20; they close at 11:00 but we sort of feel they regret we walked in. Selection of food however keeps us coming back. Love the Cobb salad. Clean the menus! They nasty!

I come here all the time and never tried their chicken Alfredo pasta. I must say it is creamy and delicious! I would recommend to any and every one. The rye bread is also great!

This review is for dinner for one at the bar on a Tuesday night. service Good bartender, attentive without hovering. Knowledgeable about drinks and menu. bar Only three beers on tap: Blue Moon, Dos Equis and Independence Brewery’s Stash IPA. The IPA was exceptional and kudos to Cheesecake Factory for having an interesting craft beer available. I watched dozens of fruity and blender drinks going out into the dining room, so Cheesecake Factory must have big business on those drinks. food I was slightly frightened to find something called the Super Antioxidant Salad on the menu. That just sounds scary. Instead, I ordered shrimp summer rolls and chopped salad. Shrimp summer rolls were very good. They had asparagus in the summer rolls, which was new and interesting? The chopped salad was exceptional. Beautifully made and wonderfully dressed. details Plenty of parking, as the restaurant is in North Star mall. Bar is a little too nice and clean for my tastes!

I cringe when I a friend or family member decides to have their special occasion at this establishment. Not because the service is bad, or the restaurant is dirty, but because this establishment is sincerely overrated. Here’s why: — 99.9% of the regular menu has at least 1,000 calories or more, per dish(even a waiter confirmed this). (They recently implemented a skinny menu, which had 600 or less calories per dish. *sigh of relief*). –The cheesecake packs a strong rush of sugar that made my hands swell and pulsate(is that normal?). Once again, add another 800 to 1,000 worth of calories to your dinner… you may be close to ingesting 3,000 calories with an appetizer, meal, alcoholic beverage, and dessert if you wish. I have had better tasting cheesecake elsewhere, it is not all that great… seriously. –The dishes are very much overpriced for the quality and taste that is served. $ 12 for a small Happy Meal sized Turkey Burger and side salad. I honestly have had better tasting food elsewhere. I don’t mind paying a shiny penny here and there, but I expect quality and good taste. –The parking is horrible at North Star Mall to begin with, and the parking lot in front of the restaurant is always packed. May be due to half of the parking being occupied by Valet. –There’s normally a wait to be seated. This place does tend to get packed during lunch and dinner. Now let me just say, the interior has a very palatial and relaxed ambiance. Dim lighting and relaxing chairs. Felt very cozy. The customer service was good, but the staff seem to be very busy helping multiple tables. Overall, I would not recommend this establishment. You can do better!

The price may be a bit much on some stuff, but they know what they are doing! My vanilla bean cheesecake was so off the chain I was in heaven! I couldn’t even tell you what I ate for lunch! haha Service was good even though it was packed.

I have been to Cheesecake Factory a few times, but this time must be the best in service and food. I came with a friend and we ordered the Chicken Madeira and Thai lettuce wraps. Both came out superb in flavor and portion size. I enjoy the flavor of the chicken and also the fact that it is not too heavy and comes with a warm side of mashed potatoes. Definitely, the definition of home cooked meals and comfort food without the extreme calories. The lettuce wraps are a bit messy, but I like how they use the butter lettuce. It gives a softer flavor and wraps better. It’s also a great portion size. We also ordered a slice of cheesecake, which is definitely a must-do when going to The Factory. Our service was great and the waitress continued to offer us water and service even when we were done eating and just chatting away. Surprisingly, it was not too busy around 7pm on a weekday.

What an amazing dinner we all had together! I will start with a very small negative and move on to our 5 star dinner. We must have been seated under the speakers at our table for 7. The music was too loud to carry a conversation without having to elevate our voices in order to hear one another. Food=wow! I love that there were several at our table who ordered salmon and all 4 of us had a different salmon dish. I ordered the Salmon Genovese. This was prepared pan seared with tomatoes, green beans, roasted artichokes and a hint of lemon. Under the salmon laid a nice portion of couscous and it was surrounded by a moat of basil almond pesto sauce. I am a pesto maker and I know good pesto-this was prepared with almonds which had a unique and wonderful taste. I will order this again! Everyone was raving about their food. We passed around the chocolate tower dessert. Several ordered coffee. Love this place!

I Thoroughly enjoyed my Valentine’s Meal at the Cheesecake Factory today. I slipped into the bar and ordered the orange Chicken and Banana Cream cheesecake off of the lunch menu. As I expected the line was out the door, so a quick peak at an empty stool had me zigzagging to the barstool. I was served rather quickly and my meal was incredible. To top it off for 12.95, the portion rivaled that of my favorite PF Changs. After shopping on a hectic Valentine’s Day, a wonderful meal at one of my favorite establishments made my day~ Now off to see 50 Shades of Gray to Complete this Fabulous Weekend!!!
