Great clothes, but poor customer service. This was my second visit to this store. At least the first visit I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in. This time two sales men who were there were too busy talking about lifting weights and didn’t even bother asking if they can help me find anything. WHAT’S WORSE IS I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE STORE! It wasn’t until I was actually standing by the dressing room door with the shirt I wanted to try on that one of the sales girls came over and asked if she could help. But then disappeared after that. Needless to say I walked out of the store without purchasing anything. I would rather go back to the Rivercenter mall location where I’ll pay the parking fee– they greet you with a smile and offer great customer service.

This place was great! I never shop here because it’s pretty expensive (at least for me) but I needed new jeans. I used to get my jeans from aeropostale because I’m short and the always had the short boot cut that I wear that actually fit. Well as trends change they went to all skinny jeans. I bought shorts at the the buckle this summer and they fit great and I love them ($ 50) so I was like well maybe they have jeans that might fit. About 2 minutes after walking in Nicole came over saw I was looking at jeans and said can I help you with a size? Explained in short but they didn’t seem to have any short jeans. Only regular and long. She said oh we do free alterations so don’t worry about that! She helped me find the perfect fit regardless of length… pinned them where I wanted them and the next day they were hemmed exactly where I like them! Have already told some friends who also didn’t know about this secret and I will be looking for my jeans from here from now on!

I’m highly impressed with this store! We were looking for boardshorts for my husband and found the perfect pair. While we were looking we had help from the great employees working here. My husband is 6′ 4″ with most of his height in his legs so we always have a hard time finding pants and shorts long enough for him but The Buckle makes them with long enough outseams for him. They definitely make the price of their products worth it!
