I love Thai Hut on Bitters! The food is tasty and quality good. Prices are reasonable. My husband likes the spicy stuff but they are able to tone down most dishes to mild level for me. The servers are friendly and attentive.

Best Thai food in San Antonio, and some of my favorite Thai anywhere. Lunch specials are especially well priced at $ 7.29 incl tea. Pad Thai is exceptional as is Son Tom(papaya salad). Five stars for food, only four overall for décor and atmosphere.

I go here regularly. The staff is super friendly and are usually very quick with drink refills. The kitchen is usually very fast and accurate with orders. The lunch specials can’t be beat — nice portions, fast, inexpensive, and good. Not the most authentic or high-end Thai food around but a great lunch spot! Recommendations: mongolian beef, panang curry, cheese rolls, thai tea

Outstanding food. Some of the best Thai we can find in San Antonio. Consistent, good service, clean, flavorful and authentic. We recommend this restaurant to all of our friends!

This is my first time eating here, and I decided to try the Pad Woo Sen. It lacked flavor on its own, as did the white rice, and the fried egg roll with duck sauce. If they used Jasmine Rice instead and switched the duck sauce to a sweet Thai chili sauce, the meal would have been better. I’m not sure I’ll return, yet I might give it a second chance.

Absolutely love this place. Their Pad Thai is amazing everytime I come. I tried their summer rolls today and they were not the best, but not the worst. Definitely try this place if your in the area and looking for good Thai food.

I am completely disgusted in their customer service and food. I first called to have an order for pick up and they put me on hold for more than 15 minutes, and then they hung up on me. After that I tried to call them again multiple times, and their phone was off the hook for more than 20 minutes. so I decided to just go in and order take out myself and wait at the restaurant. I tried to tell the hostess about my issue and she completely ignored this and had no remorse; she even walked away and had some one else attend me who did the same thing! Not even an apology was made or even the simple min. It would have taken to try to find a solution. By that time I just said screw it I’m just gonna order and get out of here, I ordered pad Thai with shrimp and tofu and sauce on the side. They only only gave me three shrimp! It was over $ 15 dollars extra because of the shrimp! Not only did they have a lack of shrimp but a lack in noodles, and no sauce like I asked. Also to top it all off there was hair at the bottom of my container/food and in one of my shrimp. I couldn’t believe that I had a Sick dark curly hair in my food ! Never again!

Tried this Thai restaurant for the first time yesterday(I was having a me day). I thought this place would be convenient since it’s literally down the block from my apartment. When I walked in it was a little after the lunch rush hour so there weren’t very many people there. I was greeted by two waitresses who were in the midst of cleaning tables, and was sat immediately. I got the pad woon sen, since it had the best reviews on Unilocal by previous customers. Although I did forget to tell the waitress no celery I loved my main entrée. Since I was there for lunch the plate also came with either fried rice or white rice(I got fried rice), a veggie egg roll, their soup of the day, and a sweet tea. I love sweet tea and theirs was like any other so I enjoyed it. The soup of the day looked a little odd and I was not told the name of it but the broth was very delicious and it seemed to have ground chicken in it with celery onion and carrots. The veggie eggroll was nice and crispy although a tad small. They only thing about my meal I did not like at all was the fried rice. I love love love fried rice but this one was was very bland, next time I’ll get the white rice. The atmosphere was very casual. They have a very large TV towards the back of the restaurant. A couple of waitresses did seem to get distracted by it and just stand and watch it for a few minutes. Initially I had one waitress, she took my meal order and got me my drink but then I didn’t see her again, another one brought me my plate and another checked up on me and refilled my drink and then I had to grab a third different one to get me a to-go box. Most likely I will be returning here as I did really enjoy my main entrée and it’s literally down the block from my apartment. And I definitely appreciated the decently priced menu.

Thai Hut has always been mine and my fiancé’s favorite spot. The pad Thai is the best you’ll have in San Antonio and the bubble tea is absolute perfection. This location is the best of the two in San Antonio in my opinion but their other location is good too. Anytime anyone comes here, they always end up loving it and becoming a regular just like my fiancé and I. The staff is super friendly and the interior is very pretty and clean. Also great for to go orders!

First time here and we loved it. The soup they bring out to start was great — hot & sour with good amount of pepper. Penang Curry is silky delicious, and the spring rolls are solid. They deliver too!

My family and I ordered the dumplings, the pad Thai, the Pad See ewe and the pad woon sen. They were all very delicious. The Pad Woon Sen had plenty of shrimp, the dumplings were crispy and the Pad See Ewe’s noodles were great. It’s nice inside and there is a huge big screen tv, although it was a bit cold. All in all, it was very good and I will be be back soon!

Best egg rolls in town. I love the pad Thai and do that’s my go to item. The to-go service is great. I haven’t dined in so I can’t speak to that.

This is a hidden gem of Thai food. There lunch specials are reasonably priced, and they have a wide selection of Thai and Chinese dishes. I have had the Red and Panang curry, and both are great. You get soup, rice, spring roll, and tea with your lunch special entrée. This place is a great value and highly recommended.

Good food. I am giving this place 3 stars ONLY because the service is so bad because the employees are SOINCREDIBLYRUDE. I’ve had on more than one occasion nasty delivery drivers and rude people on the phone. They are very unfriendly in the restaurant as well, though the waiters are much better. My family and I continue to eat to eat there only because it’s fast, close, convenient and consistent.

4STARS! I went with the sesame chicken and it blew me away! Ive been looking for a great asian restaurant to make my go to. The food is quailty meaning its not fatty, cheaply chosen or old. They cook with love. You get to choose how spicy you want your thai plates. The staff is very nice. I decided to keep it safe and try a fan favorite at every asian joint. I went with the sesame chicken and it blew me away. It has this sweet sesame flavor that pops. Yes you can actually taste the seasonings and not just the sugar. The batter was non existent which was a cool and a thankful change. Normally sesame chicken is caked with batter and thats all you can taste. Here the batter was light and crisp and the chicken was plump, juicy and buttery not greasy. It was like an oversized chick fil a nugget coated with a awesome sesame sauce. Yum and Enjoy!!!

Good stuff. Getting food to-go is super fast. Pad thai, pad see ew, pad woon sen, sesame chicken and the spring rolls are good. Thai Hut fried rice is the only thing so far that I’m not a fan of.

I had the Thai Hut Fried Rice and it was very bland and not very appetizing. The spring rolls appetizer was good. The service was okay. Also not saying it was related, but I felt very bad after eating here, so. Just a warning.

Perfect neighborhood restaurant. We’ve been here at least 10 times and every time the food is fresh and tasty, the service prompt and friendly. Very generous lunch portions. My kids love the Pad Pak and I usually go with a noodle dish.

Love this place, and I’m so glad they decided to open one in the far north side of SA. At first I didn’t know what to order, but as time when by I kept trying new things, and I think the food it great. It was off to a slow start, but I think they are getting their act together like any new restaurant. My favorite appetizer are the cheese rolls(don’t know how authentic they are, but they are tasty) and the Tiger Cry is amazing. For noodles its hands down for the Pad Woo Sen. I think its better than the Pad Thai.
Service is great, the staff is young but they try really hard. I hope they will be around for a long time.
