Employers: Not very accommodating for employers. The staff is rude and not very knowledgeable of the San Antonio trends and market.
Employee: I felt like I was interrupting the staff. They were short and not very helpful. They sent me job orders that do not match my skill set at all.
Disappointing for a State of Texas agency!

I cannot speak to how well theses people do their jobs, or how helpful they are in assisting other to find work but the two hour orientation I attended was the most irritating, biggest waste of time. First, there were a dozen children roaming around inside the resource center, and into the waiting room, causing a huge distraction to anyone actually in the resource center trying to look for work.
At the risk of sounding very judgemental, let me tell you a bit about the clientele. I am only explaining this so if you are like me, and would want to avoid this place at all costs, you can do so. It is instantly clear why the people here are out of work. They show up with their five children in tow, in open back tank tops, flip flops and exposed tattoos. I realize this is not a job interview, but you should still present yourself in a professional manner.
Did not receive a single follow-​up phone call, and all the emails I received were irrelevant (not in my field, outside of SA, etc).

A state agency no one ever wants to utilize.
