Texan Belle

I, too, found crystine on Facebook offering her services. I texted her on July 22 and told her the location of my wedding (in Spring branch) and saw she had done services at my Venue before. I asked if August 29^th was available and she stated she had nothing booked for that date yet and that she goes by a first come, first serve and needed a deposit in order to reserve the date. I decided to do a trial with her first. She confirmed the night before to make sure everything was still set in stone.
I don’t agree with the previous poster saying that her place is «ratty». I complimented her at how nice her place was, very clean and well kept.
Crystine did my make up and I was shocked at how well her performance was! She did exactly what I wanted her to do in an extremely timely matter. She was very professional and even told me that if I didn’t like it, to let her know so that she could re-​do.
That day I waited to see if my make up would run and to see how long it lasted. I decided to go ahead and book her for my bridal party and put the deposit down. She was also able to accept PayPal for my own piece of mind.
I would and do recommend Texan Belle Co to friends and family.

I highly recommend Texan Belle Co. My wife had a session with the artist and we were both very impressed! She does amazing work at unbeatable prices! She works out of her home which is both welcoming and well organized. We recommend this make up artist to every friend and family member who has been looking for make up services. She has always been very professional and well organized. She always makes sure to leave plenty of room between appointments for flexibility. As soon as we had a date in mind, we made sure to give the deposit and everything went smoothly. We were nothing short of amazed at her work. She is truly an artist. I will definitely be booking another appointment soon. :)
And as far as that review by Lety-​Rolando G. … Judging by your other reviews, it seems you’re a very negative person. I hope you book your next appointment on time and decide to be a little bit more positive :) PS. Any person with common sense would have made sure before traveling 3 hrs from Houston to San Antonio.

Wow. This has to be the most incompetent makeup artist in the entire city of San Antonio! I found cristina on facebook/​instagram and we agreed to have a makeup trial for my wedding later this month. She told me she needed 4 other girls in my wedding party to book her services in order to hire her as a traveling mua. I provided her with all of the information pertinent to the even (location/​date/​etc) and thought everything was perfect.
I informed her REPEATEDLY that I would be traveling to San Antonio JUST for the trial this past Friday. When I arrived to my appt she asks where the wedding would be and the date. (Ughhhh… Hadn’t we discussed this a billion times?) She stated «i think i have i just booked it, but i don’t have my ipad.» I asked her to double check her schedule and indeed she had double booked! What a complete moron!!! I showed her our messages specifying the date and location of my event and she literally just said «my bad.» I left immediately !
This mua is young, inexperienced, unprofessional, and unreliable. She had me drive 4 hours from Houston to SA without realizing she was double booked.
She books trials at her place which is ratty. Her bathroom had dead bugs and undergarments scattered across the floor. Any professional would tidy up prior to the arrival of their clients!
This mua also asks you book groups of 4 – 5 girls, yet she is biting more than she can chew.
If you are a bride who wants to hire Texan Belle Co’s services for an out of town wedding or for any event, KEEP AWAY! This moron will probably leave you hanging the day of your wedding. So glad I realized how unreliable and unintelligent she was PRIOR to my event!
