I very rarely give someone just one star, look at my reviews, but I have to give this place one star only due to their poor customer service. I am a former T-Mobile technical support and I know the level service that the company expects from its employees and the person that«helped» me was lacking all of the core values. I purchased a Note 4 and Samsung headset in this store in December and planned to give the headset to my husband for Christmas which I did. First off they did not do the rebate in store for the headset like they were suppose to, it actually had it in bold print on the top of the rebate form for it be filled out by the representative, I ended up going home and receiving an error message while attemptimg to submit the rebate and missed out on the rebate. Fast forward to Christmas my husband opens his gift and it does not work it charges fully but will not turn on. So when we got back to Texas from our Christmas vacation with our friends and family we naturally go into the store to return it. Upon arriving I’m asked if I have my receipt and I reply no but could you please look it up, mind you they had just looked up a receipt for me the previous month when I bought my Note 4. The representative says no I can’t do that and there is nothing I can do for you. Doesn’t offer Samsung’s number, doesn’t try to pull it up in back system which I have done a million times as a former employee just refuses to give a solution. I am a stickler for customer service if I’m going to pay damn near 900 bucks for a damn phone and nearly 200 for a headset the LEAST a store can do is be nice to me. I am calling corporate to report me experience and likely switching my SIX lines to AT&T.

Having visited several times(as well as other nearby locations) this store has the best staff with professional and friendly attitude towards helping solve problems and buying new phones. The one thing I noticed compared to other stores of the competition is that these folks are very well informed on all the latest technology and are very helpful in troubleshooting. I was quite happily surprised.
