I switched from AT&T to tmobile and this was the only location near my home… big difference from what I’m used to at AT&T when I walked in the place had a weird smell there was only a handful of chairs to sit on and before sitting on them you notice the dirt from from usage the employees are super unprofessional playing with their phones not making eye contact even to the attire that they wear they look sloppy also carrying on personal conversations among themselves well servicing you the rep that help me pick out a phone and set up a new plan had extremely bad breath so bad that it carried around the store it lingered around the store not sure if I’m being too picky but I’m just used to great quality customer service. Employees had jeans sneakers shirts untucked not well groomed I almost never want to go back to the store because it it was bad I handle most of the questions I have regarding my phone through the T mobile 1800 number also the stores dirty almost looks like it’s going out of business there’s hardly any merchandise in there lots of empty space
