Stone Chase

Nice area, quiet for the most part unless kids are at the pool playing .nice dog park, just need to watch your Step for landmines. It’s a safe area where you need a gate key to get in. Alway good parking spot. Not much to complain about here (from a man’s point of view)

Great experience at Stone Chase so far. Very efficient staff too and the maintenance guys are second to none. Everything here works and rent is quiet impressive too

I have never lived in an apartment before and I have to say my first experience with Stone Chase is a great one. The staff are really friendly always waving and saying hello.
I couldn’t ask for a better spot for my apartment, I can park right outside my front door, the pool is right around the corner, the mail room is right out my front door, the dog park is on the other side of the complex but that’s just means more exercise for Ella and I. I love that they provide poop bags and garbage cans in the dog park, even though hardly anyone uses them.
I live in a 2Bd 2Bth apartment, it’s very spacious and the closets in both bedrooms are perfect and great size rooms! The master bath could use a little more counter space where the vanity is but nothing a shelf can’t fix. The kitchen is beautiful and so spacious and perfect for my cooking! Only wish for the kitchen is a garbage disposal, maybe in the future since they’re still new! I love that there’s a washer and dryer in unit makes it so much easier and I don’t have to worry about leaving my laundry in the washer or dryer. Could use some shelving in washer dryer closet but that’s something you could do yourself. I’ve never lived in Texas so I’m not sure how cold it gets but it’s pretty cozy touch that there’s a fireplace in every apartment!
The complex is very conveniently located next to I-​35, FSH, major restaurants, stores, high schools, churches, and not far from shopping!
Other residents keep to themselves don’t really talk unless you engage a conversation.
This place is supper new and everything in the apartment is beautiful especially the pool area and I recommend anyone moving to the area to check out Stone Chase Apartments! Definitely worth it :)
Only reasons for a 4 and not a 5 is because of the other residents.
1. People with dogs:
People hardly pick up after their dogs and it drives me crazy especially since the complex provides bags and trash cans! It takes maybe 30 seconds for you to bag it up and throw it away!!! And for the people who don’t pick up after their dog outside of the dog park you’re just being rude! That’s like having a neighbors dog shit on your porch everyday — ANNOYING! And it’s a health hazard to our pets. We don’t like going to the bathroom when there’s feces or urine on a toilet so what makes you think our dogs like to walk on it???
2. People who use the pool:
The gate doors around the pool don’t have locks on them or they do and they aren’t being used. Every week (I’ve only been here 3 weeks) there’s at least one or two nights people are in the pool past 10pm (the time is it supposed to close) and the back of my apartment is the pool so if people are down there I can hear everything and at ¹³⁰⁄₂ am it doesn’t make me a happy resident especially when my husband has to be up for PT at 4 in the morning. Then they leave their garbage everywhere when there’s at least 3 trash cans in the pool area, toys in the pool, broken toys on the ground, cigaret buts everywhere, it’s like people don’t care at all. There’s also a no pets allowed in pool area and for me I don’t like bc my dog is very well behaved and she just laid there while I swam (before I read the no pets allowed rule) but the other day someone had their dog in there and all it did was bark the ENTIRE TIME it was in there, I would have complained but it was after office hours so no one was there. (The pool is beautiful though)

Great staff, maintenance is very responsive. Also very nice clean area. My puppy, Cap’n Jack, absolutely loves the pet park and the friendliness of our neighbors and staff.
