Had the worst experience with this company. I guess customer service is not a priority to them. Who ever is in charge of the office for appointments sounds out dated with how she treats customers. Just rude all the way. They forget they are not the only company in town.

Bad costumer service. We had schedule an appointment for them to fix the electrical panel in our hot tube two weeks in advance. My husband was called the day before to confirm the appointment and he told them someone would be at the house for the appointment. The day comes and they tried calling my husband again, he was in a meeting at work and was not able to answer. Then they called me and said that the guy had left to his second job because no one answered and that they did not have my number, I don’t understand how they were able to call me if they didn’t have my number. My husband then called them and they were rude to him. We will not be using them anymore.

I bought a jacuzzi hot tub from Roy. He is very knowledgable and so friendly. Even after two years I still receive excellent service. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else. Roy is the best!!! The showroom is amazing. So much fun to look around.

We went in this store to do research for a spa purchase. We have done all kinds of research on the internet and read review etc… for many different brands. This store had one brand that got great reviews so we wanted to go in and check them out in person. We were approached by a salesperson who knew very little about the spas they had displayed. He asked if we were interested in a different brand than we came in to view. We went to see the specific brand as they got high reviews, he said both brands were made side by side, does he know that? He did not know much about the spas on the brand we went in to see. We walked to the front to provide our info, and he told two other sales people we were comparing their spa to another brand. They IMMEDIATELY started talking down the competition. They said they had heard all kinds of bad things and had literature to show it. I asked to see it, and they all of the sudden could not find the info. They said GOOGLE it, well we had already done that prior to arriving at their shop. I do not appreciate a business that tries so hard to discredit their competition thinking it might help them get a sale. They will NOT be getting my business, as I am a believer that you provide the positive about your products and NEVER try to back stab your competition.
