The car dealer claims that he offers for sale «completely reconditioned Ford Police Interceptors.» I recently shelled out $ 14K for one of these supposedly «reconditioned» Interceptors. Within a month it started driving funny, so I took it to my auto mechanic. The mechanic found many things wrong with it — oil needed changing, radiator fluid looked like it had never been changed, belts and tires needed to be replaced, etc. I ended up having to shell out $ 6900 just to make my «reconditioned» Interceptor drivable.
I was quite disappointed.
