My two children have been seeing this dentist for the past 2 years and I have never had an issue. I’ve taken them to others in the past and I have not found one I am truly happy with. On the first visit there was about a 20 minute wait but it went smoothly from there. I had actually only scheduled with them to get a second opinion on my son needing dental work and stuck to them since. Dr. Castillo did some minor work on my son and it came out great. What I loved was that they called a couple of times after to check-up and make sure he was doing fine and wasn’t experiencing any problems. The kids love the little play area with the blocks and the fish in the back area but what they love most is the prize they get at the end. The customer service is great whether you’re calling in or being seen. The only negative comment I have is the calls when it is time for a checkup. It’s an automated system and it will bug you to death if you do not answer. Besides that little issue I highly recommend this dentist for children, mine love it.

MOSTDISORGANIZED&UNPROFESSIONAL pediatric dentistry I’ve visited here in San Antonio! Wow, where do I start?! We waited about 45 minutes to be seen. They claimed it was due to us being new patients. We were out in two hours. They only saw us about 30 – 45 minutes. The rest of the time we sat there ignored by this office. 2NDISSUE. I should have known what kind of a dental place it was when the staff took me to the back of the office. I was taken aback when I saw at least 15 patients back there! It was CHAOTIC! Besides the patients, there were additionally about 10 – 15 staff back there. Many of them were standing around talking to each other. This office looked like a big public clinic with NOPRIVACY. Everybody could see the patient laying there getting treatment. 3RDISSUE. What took the cake is when Dr. Kristine Donnelly had finished talking to me about my son’s treatment. I had a very SIMPLE question that didn’t occurred to me until she left for another patient. Dr. Donnelly hadn’t even left me 5 minutes and she had just paused for a moment,. She was informed by staff member that I had a question. I saw when they told her. She instructed the staff to inform me to wait & proceeded to start treatment on another patient! I was FURIOUS. I wasn’t going to wait until she was done with this patient. I didn’t know how long she was going to take with this patient. She had just seen me. She could’ve simply answered my question or at least let me know how long to wait. I was not waiting another 30 minutes when I had already waited two hours. The last two issueswhich I’ll go quickly ’cause I don’t want to bore anybody. They misinformed me and stated my insurance would not cover ANY treatment, which we thought was odd. That turned out false after confirming with our insurance. 5THISSUE. It was A SIMPLEREQUEST. I asked for my child’s records, and in 5 business days, I have not received them. It only takes ONEDAY to receive mail in the same city. I know. I work with mail. I HADTOPICKUPTHE dental RECORDSMYSELF. The whole dental experience was bad.
