The people don’t speak clearly through the speaker and can’t get an order right. You work at sonic, your job isn’t difficult.

I’ve been here several times and service is awful just giving them the order takes for ever if you can get them to respond. I’ve waited over five minutes after hitting the button and nothing finally just left. Skip this one and go to the one in converse.

I’ve come here only a few times and this would be the reason y. The service sucks! First of all they took forever to take the order. Then we had to repeat 2 drinks, 5 times! After that, for 2 fountain drinks, it took 15 minuted to come out. When it did come out, it took another 10 for her to bring the change back. Never again!

Really slow service! Took over 5 minutes to take my order. I had a very simple order, but felt like the lady was annoyed when I asked for onion rings instead of tots. My chicken tasted like it had been sitting there for hours and the tots were no different. Only good thing was that the milkshake was delicious and it was half price since it was after 8.

Worst service I’ve had in years eating fast food. 1 simple burger took 4 retrys to get it right. Most places correct it and the 2nd ones perfect. They messed the second AND third AND even the fourth retry! Horrible service! No wonder they have the ranking they do here on Unilocal.Never going back to my neighborhood sonic, I’ll hit the nearby Dairy Queen from on, you should too, its just about a mile away.

It’s the standard Sonic complete with high school kids to serve you. Reason for the three stars? It’s the creepy truck stop bathroom they have in the back that I HAD to take my daughter to use. It was totally Jim Carrey/Dumb and Dumber style with Sea Bass scene. But otherwise, the food service was hit and miss. We’ve been there a few times now and have to make sure that we’re absolutely clear otherwise our order comes out wrong.
