We left one sonic on hausman road because no one ever helped us when we pulled up for over 10 minutes. We came to this one and have been here for 10 to 15 minutes and again no one helped us. We could even here the gentleman in the car to the left complaining in regards to his wait. The gentleman to our right was attempting to push his buttons again. Needless to say we left with no product. Opted for icee from valero instead. Atleast we can always count on them. The wait at sonic never fails us and has gone down hill in regards to service.

Every time I come to this Sonic I always wait at least 10 minutes. It never fails and half the time my fries are cold. If the customer is waiting 5 mins for their entrée, drop fresh fries for them. The only reason I come here is because it’s 3 minutes away from my apartment.

Been here twice and they take 20 minutes or more for milkshakes and slushies. It’s not even that packed so I wonder what the hold up is. Unfortunately this sonic is the one closest to me. Expect a wait when you are here.

I always crave the random sweet and unlucky me I live right by this sonic. They LITERALLY are ALWAYS out of something. Why are you going to have half off shakes if you are not gonna keep your supplies in stock. I sound a little ridiculous, but it is just simply annoying. Please get it together.

«Want to get a banana split?» «It’s almost midnight, but sure!» Needless to say, my gf and I had the midnight munchies. I have fond memories of Sonic. In middle school, my aunt would take us to Sonic after school for ice cream! We only came for the banana split and of course left with more food than originally planned. We also wanted to try the pineapple upside down cake blaster. The banana split was as expected for Sonic quality. I was disappointed with the pineapple upside down cake blaster. No pineapple flavor whatsoever was in that shake. It tasted just like vanilla ice cream. I will not be ordering that ever again. Otherwise this is your average Sonic. Because of its location, traffic can be an issue.

Stop by used drive thru to order a breakfast toaster with sausage. It was quite salty. :(never had breakfast at a sonic before so I have nothing to compare it too. It was ok. Service was quick and courteous. I don’t think I’ll order a breakfast sandwich again. I was a little disappointed but I was hungry. It’s going to be a long day since I’m headed to the va. I needed something quick.

For for some odd reason. Every time that I go to this sonic! My order always comes up wrong. It’s either my fries are cold, or my burgers cold or I’m missing food. It just seems like I’ve never gone to this location and had a hot meal or my wholemeal. And then have to come back to get my order right. I mean, lucky I live close by. But there shouldn’t be a reason why fries, and hamburger are cold. And yes I know the question will come up. Well, why don’t you check before you leave? When I trust them to make your food right then. It shouldn’t be a question. If the food is hot, or if you’re missing stuff. You know, that should be a given. So sonic let’s get it together guys.

Consistently the slowest«fast food» on near the medical center. Don’t come here if you don’t have at least 20 min to blow sitting in your car

On the good side, the food is good and I enjoyed it. Services sometimes pretty good. But they have an issue with the ordertaking. It isn’t very effective.

This is the sonic closest to my house, so I end up here a lot. However it doesn’t seem to ever have good customer service. Time and time again I am let down by this sonic. I have been to other with much better service.

This is my go-to Sonic since it’s inbetween work and home. Always have had good service. It can be a bit inconvenient to get out of when it’s rush hour. And there drive-thru isn’t in a convenient spot(if it’s too busy in the drive thru, you can’t exit onto Eckhert) which is another reason I’m not a huge fan of it.

Went in today after receiving text from sonic stating .99 slushes. Limit 2. Just mention the text. Went to get a lemon berry slush and mentioned the text. Was charged $ 1.29. Mention the text again and the server left to check. She came back with«that doesn’t include flavors.» Really? She replied«it’s 20 cents extra for flavors. «. Needless to say I didn’t get my slush for .99. False advertising??! Would have been 0 stars but automatically defaults to 1 star.

This has to be my favorite Sonic location due to the low levels of traffic noise and the attentiveness of the staff. The patio is a wonderful place to sit and eat rather than the confines of your vehicle. Even though I found a hair on my hamburger one day, they quickly replaced it and not only apologized but also gave me several free cherry limeaid chips for the hassle. My favorite special was the brown-bag special, which seems to rarely happen, but don’t let that stop you if you’re on a budget because Sonic graciously mails out coupons on the regular. They also have a happy-hour where you can get some sinfully delicious fried foods and huge drinks at half-price. Visit their website for weekly Sonic updates. They’ve gotten a lot of attention from me lately due to their $ 1 hotdog promos where you can get any 6-inch hot dog you like(NY, Chicago, chili-cheese, etc.) for only $ 1. This Sonic on Babcock is wonderful to visit if you’re on your lunch break or in the medical center area. There is minimal noise from passing cars and you can have an enjoyable lunch/dinner.

The order was right when it came out, but the carhop could have been more friendly. I gave her a $ 1 tip because it was right but she could have been a bit more excited since I’m sure hardly anyone tips. I know it’s only a dollar, but that’s more than most people give delivery drivers, when they risk their lives and put wear and tear on their cars to get the food to the customer. I digress, but I’m trying to give a little perspective.
