Been trying to resolve an issue regarding an order from Sears Outlet website, the item was located in this store. The Manager Joe admitted the dryer was still in their warehouse on day it was supposed to be delivered in California, on April 21st, the day I reconfirmed with the Sears Outlet staff, and took day off work to meet the delivery. And this was just the beginning of the nightmare! I cancelled the order because they didn’t deliver it. Now they are charging me and no one answers the main phone line nor the mangers direct line. Sears Outlet website staff said I need to talk to the store but they do not answer any of their previously answered phone numbers during hours they are open. Avoid doing business with Sears Outlet and particularly avoid this store. I don’t know if they are still in business, otherwise why wouldn’t they answer their phones? Zero stars.

Lots of items to choose from. One of the attendants snuck up on me and made me damn near pee my pants. I bumped in to the maze of refrigerators with a very high pitched shriek. He laughed, I laughed, my wife laughed, it was hilarious. He was very knowledgeable and straight up.

Bought a floor model fridge with only two small scratches on it. Although we confirmed delivery times twice with them, they still didn’t make their 11am-1pm window and were about two hours late. Husband had to miss more hours at work than he originally intended while waiting for the delivery. Then within 24 hours the fridge stopped working. No light, no cold air, just food spoiling and money wasted. Called Sears again and they’re willing to replace it with a different model of our choice. However, still had to pay for expedited shipping so they deliver it on the weekend and not the next week. Also they tried to charge us a restocking fee, basically a fee for changing our minds and not wanting the fridge anymore — well, we wanted the fridge, granted it worked. In-laws in CA had good experience with Sears Outlets, but disappointed it wasn’t the same for us here.

«I wish I could do something about that ma’am,» Never again. I have bought and paid for a washer dryer that was supposed to come in a week after purchase. That was on Black Friday. Not only have they not come in – I understand inclement weather delays deliveries, that’s not the issue — the managers and employees have seemingly no ability to alert customers that there is a delay more than twice the length of the promised delivery date. I said, people need to know items they have paid for are taking a very long time, to which the assistant manager responded that he couldn’t do anything about that. What? The entire process from purchase through this delivery debacle has been incredibly messy. From staff that gets overwhelmed too easily, to not being very well informed about their own products, to never answering the phone, to never alerting customers that items will be extremely late. I am disappointed in the service and honesty of the staff. I do not recommend this store to anyone.

This is actually a Sears Outlet location, so they mostly have demo/dented/clearance items. Lots of refrigerators, microwaves, washer/dryers, and some indoor and outdoor furniture. I was able to get a $ 500 leather recliner here for $ 199! It’s super comfy and nice. My washer was about $ 500 cheaper than it would have been anywhere else. Check out the clearance aisle also, they have some nice kitchen appliances and utensils/dishes for great prices. They were pretty understaffed but everyone was super friendly, helpful and apologetic. I will be back!

Max is rude and condescending. We were asking about appliances and he knew nothing and acted like we were bothering him. He offered to order us something but got increasingly rude when we discussed the option of just going to the actual Sears or ordering online ourselves. This is an outlet store, we came here because we did not want a new full set just a dryer. He then got very rude with me saying that I was lying about having ordered something from the Sears Outlet website before as I mentioned I should look into doing that again, since he could not look at other locations for us. He flat out told me «Um, no, that isn’t possible, you didn’t do that.» Um actually, Max, I did. We turned around and walked out the door. We then ordered a brand new, much fancier dryer from Best Buy.

There are some decent deals to be had here if you don’t mind your appliances with some dents & scratches. But… if you find something online that you want and it’s listed as «In Stock» in this store, it’s a probably a dirty, dirty lie. I’ve been to this store twice to buy an item they supposedly had, and both times the employees had no idea what the item was or where it could possibly be. I even added the item to my shopping cart and purchased it online and received a confirmation that it was ready for pickup. This again was, of course, a dirty, dirty lie. If you must shop the Sears Outlet, please, please call them first to make sure that the item is actually there. Unfortunately, the 1 phone in this giant warehouse is busy approximately 100% of the time, so it will likely take hours to get through to somebody, but at least it will save you a useless drive.
