Came in with the hubs for a cinnamon roll. .the young man behind the counter was terrific! This Shlotzskys has great customer service! The Cinnabons were fresh and tasty, too!

Im at this location every single day. First few times their were issues but then the owners came in a brought in an amazing new manager. Now the place runs with great customer service and wonderful food.

Horrible wait time in the drive thru… Had to wait around 30 mins and there was only three people in front of me. When I finally made it to the window the cashier never apologized for the wait time or explained! She gave me my drink with no ice when I asked about ice she grabbed it out of my hand and huffed. She the started to yell at another co worker with the window open well they are going to have to wait if they want a sandwich! Handed me my food and then said you forgot to pay and I said no you forgot to ask for my payment! With a wait time like for semi fast food the customer service needs an overhaul at this location!

Very disappointing meal. I wanted to order a sandwich just for myself. I was shocked to find that a medium pastrami + swiss sandwich with potato chips and large drink plus tax was over $ 12! I paid for my order, sat at a table in the restaurant and waited while the sandwich was prepared. I expected a damn good sandwich for $ 12. When the employee brought the sandwich, it was surprisingly small and very bland. How do you make a bland pastrami sandwich! I did notice a bottle of complimentary hot sauce on every table. So, I doused my sandwich with some hot sauce just to add some kind of flavor. For the price, I could have eaten at a sit-​down restaurant and left a tip for the waiter. Sorry, I won’t be back.

The food is always fresh and delicious and I only give it four out of five stars due to the waiting time at the thru. It’s always very long!!!

Excellent food and friendly service. The restaurant was clean and our food came out fast and hot. Our sandwiches were perfect. I love their new healthy menu. Yum!

Leaves a lot to be desired. Kids menu grilled cheese was inedible. Pizza was bland and dry. No real vegetarian options on the menu. They were out of one item we ordered and when they alerted us to it, instead of making a substitution, they charged extra to replace what they were out of.

Food is decent but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The windows look like they haven’t been washed in a while. When the dining room is t clean it makes me concerned about the kitchen. Staff was friendly.

everything about this place is great! easy to find parking and the salad was amazing! will go back.

We roll up on an incredibly rainy night because I HAD TO HAVE SOME SCHLOTZSKY’S. It was almost 9 and they close at 9:30. We were greeted by Juan immediately even though he had already started mopping and doing closing duties. He was personable and friendly as he took our order. Midway through the meal, he brought us some complementary cinnamon rolls, that I’m sure were about to be thrown away at the end of the night (still tasted yummy to me). He went above and beyond for us and we left him a tip, but man, I was really blown away by his (sadly rare) customer service skills. I’d give this place freaking 5 stars for that kind of service, but it is filthy. The window ledges are all dusty. My boyfriend put his elbow in it, and had to wipe his elbow off. I went to get ice for our drinks and the ice looked dirty. Upon a closer look, I saw what appeared to be some sort of grey glob. I was afraid… Get the joint clean and then you’ll get some more stars, my friends. You’ve got the customer service skills down though. Thanks for knowing how to treat the customer, Juan!

Favorite sandwich shop! They have the best chips in every flavor and their salsa is delicious.
