Sadly, I made the mistake of going off of the reviews on here and thought I too would have a great experience and leave happy. I’m not sure who the reviews are from on here, but I have a hunch they are family & friends or someone who doesn’t know a good salon from a bad one. The owner has no idea what customer service is, she over — charges or just plain charges you for services NOT rendered. I understand making a living, and I truly appreciate a good stylist and the time it takes to become a skilled professional in the industry… but upselling just to get a bigger ticket for things not even remotely needed or asked for is not professional. This place is a joke and I won’t be surprised if the doors are closed by end of the year. Don’t trust your hair or your credit card with this salon.

Great salon! I just relocated to San Antonio and was suffering from separation anxiety from my hairstylist back at home. I bit the bullet and decided to try this place out. Sharlane was great! She was very friendly on the phone and understanding with my scheduling needs. Once I got there, she made sure she understood the look I wanted and got straight to work. She even stayed in the salon later than closing time-​since I got there after I got off of work-​and was super nice about it. I felt comfortable with her, the salon, and even the music!
I’m very happy with my cut and color (which she was able to match perfectly!), and with Sharlane’s great service!
