SA Quality Fence

I have been very disappointed with this company’s practices recently. While I have used their services in the past, they’ve always had an issue with finishing jobs on time. This particular item is bigger than just that.
Quality recently installed some custom stairs in a home I built that weren’t built to code, and after the buyer’s final inspection, failed to pass. After consulting with Quality’s GM, John Hoot, I was told that to modify the stairs (up to code) it would cost over $ 6,000.00. That’s almost the cost to install the stairs. Needless to say I was flabbergasted that this is the position they put a builder in that has used their services for almost 10 years. I paid for their expertise and this is what I have to show for it.
I would avoid this company at all costs.
