Don’t take your vehicle to this place. I went for a oil change and car wash. But I had problems when I left the business. My oil alert light turned on. I returned to ask them why and they first thought it was a reset button that needed to be reset. Then they thought that the car might need more oil. The owner was clueless and was not sure what was wrong. I decided to drive my car to the dealer. My dealer found out they put the wrong oil filter in my car. The mess that they made cost me $ 183. I called the manager and he said that we didn’t give him a chance to fix the problem. There should have never been a problem with just a oil change. Let’s see if he will reimburse me for my out of pocket expenses.

Went here on a whim; I had just noticed just how dirty my car was when I happened to pass this place, so I figured it would work as well as any car wash. I have to say: the actual car wash was fantastic. The guy working on my car spend a great amount of time detailing it, and it was absolutely spotless when he finished — this all for the most basic($ 14) package! The downside: even though this place wasn’t busy at all when I went(I pulled right up and immediately had someone take my information, and there didn’t seem to be more than a couple of cars in front of me), it took ANHOUR — literally, 60 minutes — from start to finish. I appreciated the extra time the guy took at the end, but most of that 60 minutes was my car sitting around, waiting to go through the wash part, often when there were no other cars actually actively going through. There seemed to be plenty of employees working at the time, so the inefficiency was a little frustrating. Decent experience overall, and would certainly go back as long as I wasn’t in a rush.

First timer for me and I wasn’t impressed. The guy preparing my ticket seemed bored and not friendly. The workers all needed belts to hold up their pants. Drying process was slow and they left a lot streaks. The interior was spotty where it was clean and dirty. I will never go here again.

So far so good! They did a great job on my car the first time through w/o me having to micro-manage/inspect like you do at other washes(e.g. wipe the inside of the windows thoroughly, clean out the cup holders, etc). When I asked them to wipe down the back seats only for us to realize the spots were«un-wipeable» from a prior«interior cleaning» at another wash, they offered to clean the leather for half the price! My car looks wonderful — inside and out. I usually get the Spurs package, which throws in some nice tire-shine. And let’s not forget their coupons! You will always get at least $ 3 off with your receipt, they have a frequent washer punch(6th wash is free or something like that), there are daily specials(Tuesdays are ladies day with $ 7 off, etc) and their website has deals also. Their customer service is fabulous as well. Everyone, from the washers to the cashier to the manager, is extra friendly and pleasant. Makes the wait much better. Only reason they didn’t get a 5-star is that a couple of times I had to wipe off water spots from the trunk and door handle areas once I got home. Having been to car washes from MN, Cali and DC(yeah I’ve lived about everywhere), that’s being nitpicky ;) For the price and overall job, well worth it. I’ve definitely found my new place for me and«my ride.»

I paid for the full service $ 27.00 dollar car wash with interior service and the job itself wasn’t too bad. There was bird droppings that could be clearly seen that no one bothered to wash off when they dried the car so lack of attention to detail was obvious. What really got to me was how the management treats their employees. I didn’t have cash so I asked if I could ring something up on my debit card to tip the employees with, and the manager rang the tip up separately and said the employee could hand it in to get the money at the end of his shift. When I gave it to the employee he looked at me weird so then I spoke with the manager who then changed his story to that the employee could exchange the tip for credit in the carwash i.e. buy sodas, candy bars, etc. Those men are working for tips, not gatorades. That struck me as extremely unprofessional and low class for a company to treat their employees like that.
