I could not be happier with the professional service and friendliness of the staff. My fiancée and I are in the sometimes stressful final stages of our wedding planning and I feel so comfortable leaving the design and assembly of the ring in their hands; I don’t even have to wait for the product to know it will be an A++. We JUST went in earlier today and I was blown away by the selection, the quality and the environment… absolutely stunning, nothing like it. Must visit and I highly recommend purchasing and entrusting your design to these guys, you will not be disappointed!

My first experience with Rialto was very positive. I needed a watch band sized. The service was done immediately with no wait time. I next had a diamond ring cleaned and strengthened. The work was done expertly and quickly. These are people I immediately felt I could trust.

I have been using Rialto’s for all of my jewelry needs since the store opened. I have never had any problems with the salesmen. Luis, who is the owner, is great. They are all very knowledgeable and courteous. If I do have a problem, not major, they get right on and fix the problem for me. I have a chain, not purchased from there, but it is my favorite chain, and I keep breaking it. They have fixed it for me without any charge.
I have purchased Diamond, Ruby and Topaz stones from them and they were beautiful and they know what they are talking about when it comes to color, and clarity. The actually hand carved a wedding band for me, and it is beautiful. I get many compliments on the jewelry that I have purchased from there.
I would never go to another store. You cannot beat the service, the chocolates, or the price.

I came into Rialto Jewelry on Saturday and was not very impressed with my experience. It wasn’t terrible by any means, but it wasn’t somewhere I would feel comfortable purchasing a diamond ring. I had done research on the «Four C’s» regarding diamonds, and have gained enough knowledge to know what I was looking for in terms of quality. I asked the sales representative about the cut of the diamonds and he wasn’t able to answer my question; in fact, he didn’t have any idea what I was talking about. The place I went to after I left Rialto knew what they were talking about and understood exactly what I was looking for.
I would maybe come to Rialto to get a casual piece of jewelry, because I like to support independent businesses; however I would not come here for a quality diamond.

Another business referred me to Luis and I am quite glad they did. They listen and trust that you’ll be back, and I will!

Thank you to the entire crew over at Rialto, I just moved out here from Florida and didn’t know who to trust, I am very grateful that I found Luis. My wife lost a prong on her ring, and they helped rebuild all of the other prongs it so it was better and stronger than it was when I brought it in, so I have peace of mind that it won’t happen again, and even if it did, I would have no doubt of their ability or professionalism to repair it. Thanks Luis, you earned my business as long as I am here in San Antonio.

$ 8 flat to get my Michael Kors watch battery replaced that BatteriesPlus (Bulbs) could not do. They seemed to have bottled water, Keurig, and candy for customers too — yeah yeah yeah. I know it’s probably for the ones actually buying jewelry!

I will never take my jewelry anywhere else! Luis and his crew are simply top notch. He doesn’t try to sell you something you don’t want. He always takes the time to listen to what you want and does his very best to find just that. I had a beautiful diamond that needed an upgraded setting, and boy did he deliver. I trust him 100%. Support small businesses!

The staff at Rialto are as helpful as they come, plenty of choices and a great environment is what will keep me coming back for years to come.
