Not only did Ray (Store Manager) provide great phone etiquette, but Ray and Victor (Assistant Manager) also provided excellent customer service. I am a very picky customer and want what I want, when they did not have the rims I wanted in the store, they went above and beyond to find them for me (with smiles on their faces and jokes to keep you laughing).
