I saw Doctor Saenger today and had a long list of questions with me. She patiently answered each question, explained me all possible paths for me to take. This is the best female doctor I have ever seen in my life. The only problem was I had to wait for an hour to be seen by her, but this is nothing comparing to the service and professional care I received. Definitely will stay with her for as long as I live in San Antonio!

I believe Dr Saenger is a good doctor but the office has no regard towards a patients time. The shortest amount of time I have ever waited to been taken into the room is 45 minutes, this is not counting the usual 10 – 15 minutes I am left waiting disrobed for the doctor to finally come inside. Usually I am ok with waiting and I am patient but this has happened to me every single time I come in and the last straw was when they violated my privacy. They called my home phone to give me results of exams I had done and they decided it was appropriate to disclose that information with my mother. I am 24 years old and I believe there is no circumstance that makes it ok for them to share medical information with family members unless I approve. It is a shame I have to look for a new doctor since I do believe Dr Saenger is a good knowledgeable doctor but I believe the patients time and privacy has to be respected

Love Dr. Saenger. She is by the far the best doctor that I’ve ever gone to. She is caring and is willing to sit with you and answer any of your questions. Also when she says she’s going to call you, she always always does and we all know how rare that is for a doctor. Love her, wouldn’t go to anyone else.

I miss Dr. Saenger!!! She was my Gy from 2000 – 2011 when I moved out of state. She delivered my son in 2008, after a somewhat difficult pregnancy. So, I had a bond with her due to the issues I had. She was so unbelievably caring. Her Nurse Practitioner is awesome as well. I wouldn’t change a thing about my birthing experience or the care I received. I referred people to her and they’ve continued to see her as well. She is super personable, a quality that can sometimes be hard to find in a doctor. If I could move her to Phoenix, I would. Seriously, she is a gem.

I love Dr. Saenger and have been going to her for years since being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2006. I highly recommend her and wouldn’t go to anyone else. A few times I’ve seen her NP and LOVE her just as well. She leads the BRCA1&2 testing here in Texas and has made helping women her passion. They are very knowledgeable regarding all women’s services, but of course their care and dedication to my breast cancer and health as a whole woman is what made me really appreciate them.

I have had nothing but good things to say about Dr Saenger! She is wonderful ! She is very personable and gets to know you when she meets with you. She makes you feel very comfortable when having your exams even though it’s not a very comfortable feeling. I have referred many of my friends to her and they love her too! Her fellow Dr’s and NP are great also!

I was present at one of Dr. Sanger’s patients labor & delivery. Although she is very jovial and attempts to be entertaining she is a bully when it comes to unnecessary medical intervention. She is definitely on the extreme end of turning a biological process into a medical procedure. She was more concerned with not«being there all day»(her words) and taking over than simply assisting the mother and baby. As the nurse explained, the baby became distressed because it was being«slammed»(her words) due to the amount of pitocin the Dr. ordered. She gives modern day OB’s a bad name.

I am wondering if I should write this simply because I am not sure if I want word to get out about Dr. Saenger as it may become more difficult to obtain appointments. I am willing to take that risk. SHe is by far the best gyno I have ever had. Nicely located in med center. Excellent staff. All very knowledgeable and courteous. Most importantly, they don’t make you wait forever in the waiting room(usually about 10 min) and they call you with results of your testing whether the results are good or bad. None of this«if you don’t hear from us, results are good» or «don’t worry, we’ll let you know» and never getting a call. The doctor is excellent. She treats you like a person and not a vagina. None of this silly telling like 3 different people your medical history and your problems. You give a brief review to her assistants then she comes in with her«old fashioned» pen and paper chart, proceeds to sit down and talk to me which is how it should be. She asks how I am, makes jokes, then gets down to business. I know that I matter to her as a person and that my health is nothing to be taken lightly. Just wonderful!
