Red McCombs Drive Away Motors

I can’t even begin to explain the MESS my husband and I have gotten into with this dealership. I would suggest NOT doing business here at all!
we purchased a Mini Cooper here and was told it had a loose gas cap. so after we bought it we took it into Universal where they service the vehicles. my car has been in there for 3 weeks and I’ve had two rentals. I was told the Mini Cooper has sludge and it was not taken care of it had tons of work done to it. We clearly told Rafael the manager here that we did not want that car!
then they tried to get us in a completely different model color price ! every time I’ve been to red McCombs it’s been HELL! I am seriously looking into lawyers already.
we were told we couldn’t get out of OUR bank note. but at universal they told us we COULD.
one month later we are without a vehicle and STILL trying to get out of this note! bad business! don’t trust the used cars from here. obviously they don’t check them before they sell them!!!
