Ready 2 clean maids

Firstly, I truly wish that I could have rated this review zero stars. I feel it would have been just.
My fiancé made an appointment some time back, a week or two perhaps, to have our apartment cleaned today (5−11−12). She was told that the cleaners would arrive sometime between 8am and 1pm. I consider this window of time rather broad and inconvenient to say the least, but nonetheless she rescheduled her plans around their availability. As of the completion of this review it will be 4:30 pm and we have received no contact regarding our appointment, nor have the cleaners arrived. Disappointed is hardly the word for it, especially in this day and age.
She purchased the service through a thrid party (Groupon or something). We will be contacting them for a refund. Based on our experience with this company, we nor anyone we know, will use Ready 2 Clean in the future. In addition, I am now also suspicious of the (1) positive review of this service by «Venessa R.» I reeks of a review written by someone in their employ…
