As honest as it gets… Charles has been SO helpful to me and my family. He did a wonderful job repairing our brakes and cost A LOT less than anyone else. When my car had a bad rattle (thought I was gonna have to replace the suspension system!)…it ended up being a loose nut. He easily could have said it was something expensive and I would have believed him… nope tightened the bolt and in 10 minutes I was out and the shocking part… refused to LET me pay him for his time. You don’t come accross people like this guy anymore. …got a car problem, do yourself a favor come to Randolph! ;0)))
