I would give this place a zero but there isn’t any. Our story starts when my wife made an appointment to take our daughter in for an eye exam. We wanted to patronize a local business instead of the big mall providers like LensCrafters. Boy were we wrong! First the office called my home and I got the call. They wanted to know our vision insurance provider. I gave them all the information including group, policy and phone number. Several days later my wife and daughter went I for their appointment. They were told that they were covered and had an exam and picked out frames. My wife paid our portion of about $ 140 plus a $ 20 co pay. Then a few days later we got a call saying that they had made a mistake and it would cost over $ 350 to get my child’s glasses in addition to the $ 169 that we have already paid. What a rip off bait and switch. This was after they had several days and all the information before they had the eye exam to check out our insurance. We told them to forget it and we were told that there would be a restocking fee. Really??? We ended up getting her prescription which should have been about $ 60 for over $ 160. Buyer beware!!!
