My family arrived in the midnight and found two dead coacroaches in the bathroom. This is the worst place to stay. I paid around $ 160 ish on valentine’s day 2015 to stay a night in this hotel and felt it is too expensive. I do expect a good quality hotel for the price that I paid for. Will not stay in this hotel again!

I would give no stars if I could, by far the worst hotel I have ever stated in. The area isn’t great, we have a dog which that’s the only plus that it’s pet friendly. We walk into our room, I noticed what I thought was a rat turd. No it was a bug, just to find SEVERAL behind the door an entry way. I did not want to look anywhere else. Took a cup full of dead bugs to the front asking for a manager, the girl gave us a different room that room service said had been cleaned. There is food on the floor, hair clips, receipts & has not been vacuumed in I honestly don’t want to know how long. The cleaning ladies we saw looked like they haven’t cleaned them selves since the last time they cleaned these rooms. So nasty, so our dog left a few large present through out the yard to show our sincere thank you.

The staff(Carmen, Christy, Teresa, etc) at this location are so wonderful you’d think you were staying at a 5 star hotel that cost so much more. They are all very warm, friendly, attentative, accommodating and did I mention friendly! The rooms might have a cosmetic flaw here and there, but the beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious and the showers have great water pressure from the wide shower head. The price is very competitive. Great location with easy access to many attractions in San Antonio. Less than 15 minutes to the AT&T center. My friends have stayed here for years every year they come down and I will look forward to coming again. It’s like coming home…

I found this place through a discount program with my job. I was only going to be in town for one night, so I wasn’t looking for something fancy. Well, you get what you pay for! First, they put us in a smoking room. We couldn’t breathe, so went to the front desk and asked for a room change. No big deal. He fixed it. Got our new room and still felt gross. There were stains on the sheets and the tub and bathroom looked gross. There was a puddle of water on the bathroom floor. Not sure how it got there or where it came from. We didn’t even eat breakfast because we were grossed out by the room and feared for the food not being sanitary. I wouldn’t stay here again or any other quality inn hotel. I’ve gone to small towns that have nothing but crappy hotels, and this one was way worse than those. I’m just glad I had my flop flops to keep my bare feet from touching the floor.

Before I arrived in San Antonio, I had no idea what kind of hotel this was. After the stress of driving, getting lost, checking in and finding my party, this was no bad at all. The GPS marking is wrong and I hope someone fixes it. I was misled by following directions on Google Map app coming from I-35 N. I found the correct way by taking Exit 161. Go to the end of street and make a left @ Binz-Engleman Rd., make another left onto feeder road. It’s like making a U-turn to the other side of freeway. According to locals, this is not a best area. To me, this is sufficient for visitors who need to be close to Fort Sam Houston. The entrance on Walter Rd is just down the street. There aren’t any fancy restaurants or shopping nearby. Mostly industrial area and occasionally, I heard trains went by. The hotel rooms seem to be a little dated and they need some minor touch ups. It is a pet-friend hotel. That would save some money by bringing my dog here, instead boarded with strangers. Here are some of my tips: — When you leave, make sure you double check the door is fully locked. Mine had minor malfunction, but it was easily corrected. — If you are coming for meetings or events, be sure to bring extra extension cords and power strips. Even for my room, there aren’t a lot of outlets. — The hotel offers awesome breakfast and happy hours. Believe me; you don’t want to miss them. — Free WiFi worked some times. If Internet is critical to your stay, be prepared to have a Plan B. — My T-Mobile signal was terrible here. And, I had a Plan C. I don’t travel much to judge. The staffs were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay at this Quality Inn on N PanAm Expressway.
