Switched my boys from their newborn pediatrician they were assigned to a couple of years ago… I am so glad we switched. They are always pretty busy but they now have extended hours so this helps and you can see the difference now when scheduling appts. The staff is pretty much on point when I call and have a question or need something for one of my boys– if they don’t know they will ask and call me back by end of day. Dr. Hilger really is the sweetest, empathic and most professional pedidoc ;) She puts the kids/​patients first and is patient and understanding with parents as well. She makes us feel like family-​EVERY time we see her. I appreciate her and her sweet staff. I like the building, the atmosphere is bright and welcoming for parents and kids. They pretty much are the examples of what a great pediatricians office should be –THANKS FOR BEING AWESOME!

I have been going to this pedi docs since 2007 and I’m still there only because they have all my kids records there .I hate hate hate how they manage this place. You can NEVER EVER get a same day appointment ever no matter how sick your child is. They don’t give options and they don’t care at all. One time I called to say I was arriving late and then I called to tell them I couldn’t make it and they no showed my son I called and told them and they don’t care. It doesn’t mater of you call. Don’t take your child there. I will be changing. They are horrible always booked and charge for everything !

Dr. Hilger is an awesome Doctor. However, I’m extremely upset with this practices ability to treat my 3 month old infant. They state they have Saturday appointments for ill patients only, yet no one would answer the phone when my ill baby fell sick this weekend. Then I called when they opened at 8:30 and they said they have no appointments until tomorrow. It clearly states on their website that they have same day illness appointments. That’s not true. Probably will have to take my baby to the er.
