Shannon has very great technique massage to help knots and muscles. She was very professional and well training. She actually focused on the areas I mentioned and did a great job. This isn’t a glamorous spa or studio but for a quality massage this is your place. Trust me, I’ve had dozens.

Peace Through Massage is located in the Alamo Gymnastics Center. I had an appointment with Shannon to help me with my sore hip after running.
She was very prompt and very comfortable and made sure to have the soothing music and hot stones ready. It was a treat. She worked on my sore muscles and did lots of stretching to open up my hips. It was so nice I didn’t want to get off the table.
She has an introductory charge of $ 39 an hour but I only paid $ 50 for a 90 minute session, which I thought was pretty good. I am very excited that this is offered at Alamo because they have free child care there if you need it, which is great for stay at home moms.
