Parkour SA

Jereme is one of the most talented, dedicated, and fun movement teachers I’ve ever taken classes with. He truly cares about his art and loves to introduce others to it. Always encouraging, I never got the competitive vibe from him — he truly wants everyone to succeed and appreciate parkour. He uses natural elements while respecting his surroundings. Classes are based on progressions and he pushes you to your limits without intimidation or carelessness. He is wonderful with children and an inspiration!
He offers classes in several environments from the comfort of a gym to the beautiful San Pedro springs park. His prices are reasonable for his level of technique. He is all about doing movements correctly to preserve the function and mobility of your body as you age.
He is a kind hearted and approachable teacher whose heart is in just the right place. I love that you’ll always see new faces from all walks of life come to his classes. He is great with beginners no need to be intimidated here. He also connects with the community and puts on several events and meet ups to bring people together.

Whenever we visit San Antonio, we visit Parkour SA. Jereme is a knowledgeable and helpful coach. My family has done private classes with Jereme and he did a brilliant job of making the sessions accessible to the adult, the advanced kid and our youngest beginner. We are big fans of Parkour SA and so grateful that San Antonio is host to such a thriving Parkour community. We look forward to our next visit!
