Waited 30 minutes for 100 color copies to print, computers are old and don’t function correctly. Severely understaffed in the print area. Hate that I have to wait so long to get something so simple completed.

Bad service was waiting for them to get me a copy of TurboTax for over 10 minutes at the cashier and they seem not in a hurry. They did not even come and tell me it was taking longer to get. Go to Office Depot or Staples they are more helpful.

Pretty standard OfficeMax. The staff in the copy/​print area was really nice though since that’s all I needed. Much nicer and more helpful than the one in San Francisco that I have to go to from time to time…
