WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Office manager was the rudest person I ever talked to on the phone. When I asked her, if I could please talk to somebody else, because I don’t know why she was yelling at me and she said, «there’s nobody higher than me!» Wow. Cancelled my Mother’s Day flowers because, they failed to deliver them on Saturday, because shortage of drivers. Unacceptable. I will tell everyone about this place and blast it all over Facebook. Makes me sad, I really try to promote small businesses, but this definitely puts a sour taste in my mouth. Would’ve NEVER gotten this unprofessionalism and disrespect from 1−800-FLOWERS. My husband always orders flowers and they lost his business and everyone I know!

This place is horrible! The review you are required to rate a star or I would not have chose any! I requested flowers be sent to my mother in Texas (I live in California) 3 days before Mother’s Day and when they arrived, my mother sent me a picture and said the «roses were wilted» and the picture showed that. I called to request the flowers be re-​sent to my momther and explained that it took away the meaning of those flowers and the «happiness and suprise» when receiving them. They told me they would send out the flowers but not the same day. When I again stressed the importance of the delivery be made on the same day and the reasons… including the fact this was THIER mistake she brushed it off and stated «uh huh ok» I asked at that point for a refund. I spoke with a lady by the name of Shannon who was extremely unprofessional and tried to argue with me about how the flowers appearance and stated I didn’t give them the option of resending I then reiterated my earlier statement and expressed my extreme unhappiness with the customer service and the flowers delivered, she continued to argue with me and then at the end stated «we will go pick up the flowers before 5pm make sure she’s there and we’ll give you your money back!» And then hung up. I will NEVER use this company again, and will make sure that none of my friends or family do!

We came in spur of the moment needing a unique idea for a bereavement gift for family and Pat was extremely helpful! She put together a package much better than we would have thought up on our own. Two gorgeous baskets with living plant assortments. She even gave our daughter a full healthy red rose– made her day.
